You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United States of AmericaThe beds could have been much more comfortable. They must have had a water leak because the hallways were filled with fans that ran constantly, but that background noise wasn't too much of an issue.
Our check-in was a breeze. I gave my last name, phone number, and confirmed their information on file through the Hilton Honors program. Keys to our room were provided quickly, and information about breakfast/etc were shared. Our room was on the second floor and fortunately our dogs are used to elevators. Overall - wonderful stay!

She was wearing a blue shirt and glasses. That was just rude. Now, the housekeeper that did our room was AMAZING! Ms. Hesser if I am not mistaken.

CanadaFront desk got our hotel rate wrong, and I only noticed when I was checking out the statement. According to the staff they could not make the change right then as they had already checked me out. I had to sort it out with Booking.com. This was done fairly easily when I got home but it seems strange that it could not be corrected on-site.
The breakfast was very good. Best we've seen. Facilities were of good quality. Staff was responsive.

The location was convenient for our various visits. We enjoyed the pool. The breakfast had a nice selection that monitored for spills or shortages.
