Parking in Nashville is always artrocious and Hampton isn't too much out of line with pricing. Traffic noise from below was a little much at times.

I can't really answer any of the questions to this survey because we did not stay there. Booking.com messed up the reservation. Although confirmed, there was no reservation. And no rooms. Staff was quite helpful finding another place to stay. Booking.com dropped the ball

The hvac system worked well, but when it went into a/c mode was noticeably loud before settling in.

Location was great, and the many attractions and businesses in Downtown Nashville were walkable. It was convenient to have a free breakfast buffet option and loved having coffee or tea in the lobby all day long. Staff was quite friendly and always tried to be helpful.

My room was just fine but the air conditioner sounded like a jet chugging to take off. That part was awful. Otherwise, the room was fine...not great...fine. I also would say that the front desk staff seemed generally annoyed with customers. I'm sure it isn't easy to staff the front desk of a hotel but they could use a little professional polish.

The location is awesome. Walkable to all of the sights. A little tricky getting in and out of the valet area but that is to be expected in that location. Breakfast was good and there was plenty of coffee. :)

I thought that we would have a suite, with sitting area, but room was just a normal hotel room. Thought I read there would be a pool, but maybe onverted to something else, I guess. Breakfast was okay Could have used a bag to set out the trash, since no room service Couldn't sleep past 7 am due to construction jack hammers outside our window.

Construction sounds started at 6 AM including someone backing something up for 35 to 40 minutes. The second day it was jackhammer and concrete saw terrible.

At 11pm they lock the lobby doors which is not a bad thing but the security person that greets you treats you like your not good enough to be staying at this hotel. We went to a concert at the Fisher Center and it was after 11pm when we returned to the hotel. There is a 24 hour front desk but they still lock the door for security. I am 64 years old and splurged to stay here for my birthday. I have never been treated like I wasn’t good enough to be at a hotel before.

We stayed in a two king suite. Room was huge and comfortable.

The check-in. The elevator is also used by room service and they took up the whole elevator. We had to wait for next one often.

The lady checking us in wasn't very friendly. Didn't tell us our room. I'm and HH member and we didn't get our goodies. Wasn't told Wifi password. Just given the key and sent on our way.

My really only big complaint was the shower.The pressure was terrible and the heat was inconsistent. Also, Our balcony view was of other buildings so we were disappointed with that.
