We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United States of AmericaParking needs to be widened and accommodating to at least half the occupancy of customers. Very small space for such a good hotel. However, maintenance should be aware that their blinds are faulty by construct and replace them ASAP
The King Suite was regal. Everything you need in a room with space, space, space. The bed was fantastic. Staff was generous and patient.

LatviaPlease note that the parking is for additional money. Unfortunately when we arrived at the breakfast most of the food ended. The food area was messy as no employ who take care of it. Maybe we just got in wrong moment. However it will not stop us to stay again in the future. :)
Very friendly staff, nice hotel, but little bit worn out. However we had good stay and suggest other travelers if you are looking last minute stay nearbt New York, but in budget. We drove some 20 minutes from Manhattan by car - so perfect!

The property was in a good location for what we needed. Something not to far from Red Bull Arena. It was a 20 min walk to the stadium and a 15 minute walk to the train station to go into New York. Also only 20 minutes to Newerk Airport.

There were some homeless people living right by the hotel, which may be uncomfortable when returning on foot at night. Breakfast was quite good, but the scrambled eggs were very dry.

Location is safe and great. Rooms were clean and overall experience was pleasant. Location is $8 ride to Harrison Path station which is convenient to reach New York. Breakfast was awesome and staff was very professional and kind.

I cancelled my reservation for the second night the day of arrival, which according to my reservation should have cancelled my charge. They charged me $20.00 extra for the 1st night.

IrelandFire alarm went off in the middle of the night. I woke up in a panic and went downstairs. No staff tried to explain what had happened or tried to calm everyone down. We were sent back upstairs with the alarm still blaring. I was travelling alone and was very scared. Didn't go back to sleep.

United States of AmericaThere was an abandoned mattress on the sidewalk outside of window. The hotel was well used and you could tell. Breakfast area was a travesty. Not a great setup for the crowd that was there.
I loved that it was by the river. Easy to get to New York City.
