We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Nice hotel overall. Rooms were clean. They have a bar and lounge area to hang around and have some drinks with friends/family. The offered a full breakfast with a make your own waffle station, eggs, home fries, bacon etc. Located right by the airport and very close to all the major restaurants. Only a 5 min drive to the waterfront restaurants.

At the price of the entire stay we should not have request room service .. and when we called for service ti the front desk the snobby answer was “ read the website “

Our inside night time lock locked while we were gone. We could not get into our room and the girl ant the front desk was no help at all. After becoming frustrated at her local of concern she threatens to call the police. She told us go find someone to stay with we can’t unlock your door. Terrible terrible.

Nothing really. If I had to say anything - the lady at check in looked like she wasn’t in a good mood. It was later and we were tired from traveling. Also the pillows were too fluffy lol
Everything about this hotel. I used to only stay at Red Roof every time I traveled which is often and booked with Hampton this time and will not be booking any where else

We tried to split the payment between two friends but weren't able because I booked it with Booking.
The room was so well thought out with things like a pull-out desk, roomy bathroom with a shelf for makeup and pull-out baskets for hairdryer and personal items. Bath also had sturdy hooks that usually don't exist in most hotels.

The staff wasn't the friendliest. The price for the hotel was extremely expensive for the level of a Hampton Inn. There was a very prevalent smell of marijuana in the elevators and our hallway for the entirety of our stay.
The hotel was perfectly located for where we were going. The room was spacious and bed was comfortable.

We only had the tp paper that was in the bathroom. They left No extras.
Breakfast was amazing, haven’t stayed in a hotel where the breakfast was that good. The pool was nice and clean, the hotel smelled CLEAN. To me as a housekeeper myself is an A+

I’m sure this is something you may add later but we all had electric cars and no where to charge them.
I liked the location, the cleanliness of the property even though it was snowing they kept it clean and safe. I liked the breakfast but you could include scrambled eggs. The breakfast are was comfortable and cozy.
