Still working on the billing. I was billed more than my agreed upon amount on Booking.com. The bill was not itemized to determine if I was overcharged or not. I was charged for the airport shuttle which was advertised as free. All very disappointing and unexpected. I have yet to resolve this conflict. The front desk person couldn't resolve my questions so now I have to call . . . The sofa bed was very uncomfortable, whereas the regular bed was great.

We were on a park and fly, and noticed broken glass in the parking area. Our concern was whether or not our vehicle would be okay parked for the 5 days we were gone. We were told as long as we didn’t have luggage or other items in full view that our vehicle “should” be okay, but no guarantees. We later learned there were numerous vehicle break ins at that facility. Possibly the hotel would consider private security to help park and fly customers feel better about leaving their vehicle parked for days at the hotel.

Greet staff (Tianna) was amazing. She got us into our room without much wait time. Also, the pizza and service staff (Will) was great! Liked that they had a shuttle to the airport that took us early (4:00 am). When we took the wrong shuttle on our return, they were great about sending the shuttle to another hotel where we were waiting.

Not a lot of parking and parking area is very dark if you get there at night. You have to park in the darker areas. No security seen in the area either. If you want variety for food options you have to drive into other areas.

Smaller hotel, quiet and easy to find. It was a decent stay, has a small bar with some quick food to eat like pizza etc that’s warmed up in a small room. Employees were all very nice and helpful and breakfast was decent as well.

The curtains in the King-suite room are sheer so light comes into the room from the outside car park lamps. There are some drapes but these are decorative on the sides of the windows and are not able to be pulled across. Not ideal if you are sensitive to light and need a dark room for sleeping. The lady on reception was able to move me to another room that was darker. The blinds still didn't pull across the windows but because the lamps in that area of the carpark were not working at the time it made this room darker.

The hotel had helpful and friendly staff. The facilities were clean and comfortable. The breakfast had a good selection of cold and hot foods. The paid airport shuttle service was easy to organize. The location is so close to the airport, that it's perfect for an overnight layover. I used the fitness center early in the morning before my long-haul flight, the equipment was clean and modern.

Early morning staff not very motivated or engaging...maybe he was just sleepy? This hotel unbelievably is still in some sort of Covid protocol? Only prepared bagged breakfasts, and in early morning none of those available to take, even though night clerk said we could get something at that time?

Safe location near airport, off the beaten path. Nice views. Very close to car rental return and airport. Fresh baked cookies out in lobby. Beds pretty good.

All the pillows were down pillows. I like pillows that are firmer. That is my only complaint.

The full bar was a nice surprise. The light food offerings were appreciated. The Caesar salad was fresh and big enough for two people. The pizza was okay but I wish we had ordered the wings. They looked delicious. The complimentary breakfast was very good and offered everything a traveler could want: eggs, breakfast meat, waffles, regular and sweet breads, cereal, fruit, a variety of beverages and delicious fresh brewed coffee. The breakfast area was kept very clean and re-stocked by a wonderful friendly staff person. The front desk person, Teary and the bar/food servers, Ashley and Angel, were friendly and welcoming.

Possibly a larger restaurant for lunch/dinner. the woman working the small eating area was fantastic! But the food was light (wings, pizza, salads, beer/alcohol).
