Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Honestly not much could be improved upon....snacks available in the evening? Mints on my pillow? ;-)

They did not have a table or shelf on both sides of the beds to set things. Had to set things on the floor (water glass, iphone/ipad, glasses, etc. However they did have a plug-in which kept devices close by.
The property had convenient parking to all entrances; had a wonderful dog area; was convenient to stores and restaurants; had a amazing breakfast and comfortable place to eat it; had tea, iced orange water, and coffee always available; had friendly, cheerful staff; rooms were comfortable.

Not much to complain about here!
The room was comfortable, although a tad smaller than most rooms at this price point. It was clean though and that's the most important part for us. We loved the little extras like coffee, tea & spa water available 24/7. The breakfast was impressive! A lot more than just a continental spread. There were pastries, fruit, cereal bar, make-your-own waffles, etc.

I loved how close to food and a store this hotel was. The breakfast was phenomenal! Beautiful display! The breakfast attendant was so kind and kept a clean and well stocked area. I will definitely be re-booking next time I am over here.

It’s always so clean and nice. I never have to worry about a thing when I’m there. The biggest new thing that will keep me coming back is that they have switched to body products that are free of phthalates dyes and sulfates. I just think that is so thoughtful and inclusive to think of the little things for everyone. What a wonderful company. Not to mention that the people that work there are very accommodating and friendly.

This is a good, basic property. The staff, however were delightful - so kind and helpful, from the front desk to the wonderful breakfast room. They really made us welcome.

There was a stain of unknown origin on the wall near the bed. In fairness to the cleaning staff, it is hard to notice if you don't see it in the correct lighting. It would have been nice to have some shelves or drawers to put clothes into other than the rod to hang clothes.

Later Breakfast and pool open 24 hour's
Breakfast is to early for us. We didn't get to use faculties nor did we have Breakfast. I think that people on vacation are sometimes interested in sleeping in. I believe that you should be able to fill out a Breakfast menu and have it dropped at your door.

The people were so friendly and helpful. The facilities were immaculate. Loved the decor. But the best part was the pool and hot tub. The pool was warm and both were spotless. The king suite was very large and beds extremely comfortable. We will be back!

I need Thicker blankets (I’m from Hawaii so I can’t handle the cold, so it’s not really you’re fault) I also wish breakfast was open to 11 (Once again Hawaiian time, not your fault) I need more then one key card

I can’t think of much other than the coffee wasn’t good, but that isn’t really a big deal.
The location is perfect for us because we came to see my grandma in the hospital. It is super clean, even under the bed and the staff are still masking at the front desk. The staff are friendly especially the ones who serve breakfast. Each staff member gave us personal, kind attention and all of our needs were met. The hot tub is wonderful. It is really hot and the jets are amazing. Breakfast was delicious and included a variety of options. We come to see my grandma often and will definitely return to Hampton Inn. It will be our hotel of choice going forward.
