Pool had to be cleaned so closed several hours, disappointed kids but they let them go swim next door.

Location, suite a great room for us and grandkids, clean, comfortable beds. The lady that heads cleaning (Anna) is awesome, so friendly, obviously like her job, customer service. She is an asset

Not much parking, you have to pay but you aren’t guaranteed a spot so cars just park where ever if they have paid and there isn’t a spot. That can make getting out of parking spots tricky when they do that.

Location was excellent. We were there for a concert at the CHI center 10 min walk. Plenty of places to eat close by. Breakfast was fine, typical stuff you normally get. Would definitely stay here again.

A fire alarm went off at 3:38 am. Glad to know the system works. Just difficult to have sleep interrupted. The coat closet door wouldn't stay shut--needed to be repaired. Best if bathrooms have a vent for the moisture. Usually Hamptons have tea assortment in the room. This one did not. The decaf and hot water in the lobby in the evening were not hot. There was a microwave available, but the coffee obviously was quite old.

Breakfast. Location was OK but was further away from the Old Market than I was thinking it was--that's on me.

Room wasn’t ready by check in time. Were told it would be ready in another 30mins or so. Came back a hour later and they said it was ready, but when I got up to the room it still hadn’t been cleaned yet. I informed the front desk and they promptly got someone up there to clean it which was great, but it was a little frustrating that it wasn’t done even after it had been a hour past check in time.

Was the perfect location for where we needed to be and friendly & helpful staff.

It was late when we arrived in at the airport. The doors were locked, The receptionist was rude, and I didn't really want to hear it. We had been flying all day, she was rude about the door being locked at such and such time.

Check in was by a young girl who was not nice at all, couldn't be bothered to provide good customer service. She could not find my booking at all, even with my confirmation number. She did honor the price we were given but we had to book directly with the hotel after we had done an online booking with booking.com. We were told we had to pay a separate $10 for parking on the facilities so we did. When we returned to the hotel after dinner, there were no parking spots available so we ended up parking on the street. Complained to a manager and was told they would refund the $10. On booking.com's website it said there was a pool and a hot tub, but there was no hot tub. We were informed by another guest they took the hot tub out. Very disappointing as that was the reason we chose this hotel. There were 11 kids in the pool when we went down, so we used the pool for 10 minutes then left.

The rooms were beautiful and clean. Plenty of clean white towels in the bathroom. Pillows and beds were extra comfy. Shower was huge with lots of hot water. Liked the shampoos and other toiletries provided. Location was good for what we had planned.

Priceline advertised this hotel as having a spa, along with pictures of a pool and hot tub. To my surprise, upon arrival there was no hot tub. Priceline provided false advertisement. To a normal traveler, this may not be important, but to myself and my spouse, we particularly travel and stay at locations with a hot tub for the luxurious experience. Therefore upon booking, I always check if there is a spa. It was a completely wasted stay without the spa.

Breakfast was good. The room was clean overall.

No AC in lobby. Paid for parking for the weekend, but without security the lot filled up and we lost the spot we had already for. Booked on Priceline, Hampton charged more than agreed upon rate. 4 phone calls later, problem was fixed.

Hot tub was not working and the pool was cold. We came to this hotel for that. Grandsons are 11 and 13. We stayed one night instead of three. The hotel was very helpful in cancelling our las two nights.

It is kind of loud at night because it sits on a busy street, next to an event center. You have to pay for parking but then the parking lot is so small you aren’t guaranteed a parking spot.

The staff were friendly and the hotel overall was clean. It’s not too far from downtown, maybe 10 minutes.

Had to pay to park, the noise level outside the hotel and inside the hotel was loud, the hot tub was not working, took a long time to replenish the biscuits and gravy at breakfast, the pool water was too cold.
