The king size mattress in our room was quite uncomfortable. You could hear the box springs when you got out of it.

Perfect location for visiting Seaworld. Walking distance to park entrance. Staff was great and helpful. Agreed to leave our car at the hotel’s parking adter checkout until kate adternoon. Helped to store medicine that needed refrigeration.

Wish breakfast went past 9 am; the sliding door in front of the bathroom was so hard to move that my 10-year old daughter got trapped in the bathroom more than once; the faucet in the bathroom was so close to the edge of the sink that it was awkward to use and made a mess

Front desk clerk was horrible on Wednesday Nov 22. Had to ask questions was on hold for over an hour before someone answered.

We were there for the convention. There was no shuttle, so we ended up paying $10 a day parking for the hotel and $20 a day having to drive ourselves to the convention. So parking was $30 a day. We didn’t realize that we booked a different Hampton than last year. I don’t remember them charging for parking and it had a shuttle. The room felt damp the whole time even with the air conditioner running the whole time.

Beds are amazing. I liked the shampoo containers in the shower. Breakfast was great.

I didn't like the fact that the water didn't get very hot. I love taking hot showers after a long day, so maybe turn up the water heater a bit more.

Not many good options at breakfast, Plain waffle batter ran out very early with no replacement and no “kid” options for cereals or pastries.

I did not like that I had to pay for parking and that breakfast ends at 9am. It could be extended to 10am.

The location allows easy access to the different attractions of Orlando. The rooms were clean and hot breakfast was served every morning.

we stayed two double bed room but prefer a king size. breakfast was okay nothing spectacular.. bathroom size was not bed, no free bottled water in the room. air con was not the best, little windows and you can't open (it was told us that this is the regulation which is okay) but need a better air ventilation...

Good price for breakfast included room. nice size pool to spend time. next to SeaWorld so location is good. enough car park space, next to CVS, easy check in out. free coffee in the lobby. coffee machine in the room

The pool area was not tidy, in all fairness it was busy and there had been a lot of kids in the pool there was waste paper products left in the pool area

All the workers had a mad face on like if they did not want to be there. We like smiles or at least friendliness, this was not at all the case from any of the staff. Everything else was exceptional! My rating is based on services and facility not the staff.

Breakfast was excellent all days, warm, variety, it was wonderful.

The one thing that was a bit disappointing was the bed. It was very uncomfortable.

The place was very clean. The rooms were a nice size and well maintained. The staff was great and very friendly. The breakfast was very good. A lot of choices and clean area.
