We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.

Oops answered above. Noisy upstairs guests. Hotels could have better soundproofing between floors. Love the Hampton Inns!
Everything was wonderful as usual at the Hayton however we had VERY VERY noisy guests above us that sounded like they were moving furniture or rolling luggage until 1 AM then it started again this am at 7 am - 9 am. The room was very clean, quiet until they arrived and we lost sleep and due to that tried sleeping later. Missed breakfast as it was just after 10 when we went down. The hotel graciously listened to my 2 calls around midnight and took care of the noise issue by calling the noisy guests. Maybe the ceilings could have had more insulation is my main concern. Great convenient location! Nice quick easy breakfast w good choices and nice staff,

The only suggestion I would have is a night stand shelf for all users. Me and my husband both use c-pap machines and it was hard for us to sleep in the same bed cause there was nothing on the one side to hold the machine. Yes we could have done it fine with one of us sleeping in the other bed. But would have to split the kids up etc.
It was amazing, lots of options for adults and kids

Slow elevator. Bed was large but not as comfortable as I would have liked.
The location was fairly handy off a major thoroughfare and near a shopping center. There was also a Dutch Bros coffee shop immediately adjacent to the property. Breakfast had a good selection.

Room 411 mattress/bed was past due for replacement No luggage trolleys at entrance I thought I was reserving a handicap room with a walk-in shower for my sister. Handicap accessible here means a tub with about 8 or so handbars. Even though at time of reservation, I followed up with a call directly I was told it meant a walk in shower is what we would have. Day before I called again to verify and told it would be a tub. We stayed but didn’t bathe.

I couldn't get the wifi to work for some reason. Also it smelt weird in the hallway on the floor I was in, like a wrong chemical smell.
I liked that the location was right across the street from the hospital, where I was having my clinical at!

There was a musty odor in the room!
It was clean and well kept. Staff was helpful and courteous. I noticed a smell and noticed what I smelled were cookies and that was a delight. Breakfast was well served and balanced for everyone.

Bottom of toilet seat was soiled. Pillows were way too HARD and didn't allow or a comfortable sleep.
Staff was great...breakfast was adequate...locale to the cancer clinic was exceptional...they allowed for a late checkout due to the treatment we were having at the clinic.

No water in the vending machine and I couldn't bring my dog.
The location was excellent. I was minutes away from shopping and dining and right off the freeway. After driving for 6 hours, it was nice to get off the freeway and the hotel be right there. Conveniently, there was a Dutch bros coffee right there for easy coffee in the morning and a cracker barrel right next door as well. They also had breakfast served at the hotel.

Had requested a room on the first or second floor and was told that my request was granted but when we checked in they told us none of those rooms were ready, and put us on the fifth floor. We did not check in early.

The staff was very accommodating, friendly, and professional. We needed an early check in for my elderly mother as I was in town to work. They were able to accommodate this request and let her check in early. The room was clean and fresh. Breakfast was hearty and plentiful. Every employee at the front desk was friendly.

Honestly everything was satisfactory- would stay here again and again!
Wonderful staff, clean space. The breakfast was great and they even baked cookies after breakfast hours during our stay. The pool was nice and spacious.

I do not like how they don’t have any stairway choice it seems like they do but looks like something we can’t go in. I’m afraid of elevators so it sucks only taking it.
