You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The young girl at the reception desk was being very rude and not even trying to help a customer. She acted like she didn’t want to be there and kept saying ‘not my job’. The next morning at check out I am pretty sure it was the same girl, looking like just got out of bed, no eye contact, no smile, bothering her to do business.. worst Hampton inn and hotel experience in a long time.

United States of AmericaI asked for my room to be cleaned daily and they never cleaned it my whole stay. The only thing they gave me is towels each day upon request. I had to go downstairs to get a vacuum to clean my room. I was very dissatisfied.!

United States of AmericaOur room was dirty. Seemed to have not be cleaned properly in quite some time. Mildew smell in the entire room that seemed to come from the shower curtain. Carpet was sticky and visibly dirty. Sheets were not clean. There were black flakes both on top of the bed and in the sheets. My daughter almost stepped on an earring that was in the floor with the backside sticking up. Went down to the front desk. They gave us clean sheets to change the bed. When changing the sheets it exposed the dirty, stained mattress as there was no mattress topper or anything. We felt gross the entire time we were there. I hardly slept. Left first thing the next morning.
