The rooms were a mess the ceiling in the bathroom looked like it was going to cave in and there were holes in the wall where outlets were ripped out. The beds were so uncomfortable and there was little to no place to store things. The refrigerator did not fit in the space it was in and rocked every time you opened it. The front desk was often left empty and the flavored creamers were not put out because the housekeepers steal them as per an employee that snuck them out to us!

The pool and hot tub were nice and breakfast was decent

The property was 'tired', although we were told a renovation was underway. The TV in the room did not work on our first night. The front desk could not help as "no one here knows how to fix it" Same thing on the second night, although someone did come up to fix it, after about an hour and when it was time for 'lights out'.

Bulbs out in bathroom, electrical sockets not working, one usb port functional, didn’t notify us the pool wasn’t available but got me to stay when checking in as they said it might be tomorrow. Little did I know they were waiting for city checks for weeks already. I only booked for pool. Disappointed

It was dirty, run-down, and desperately needs a make-over The pool was off limits which was one of the main reasons we booked there. Only 1 elevator worked.

-The staff informed us the pool had opened up so we drove and grabbed some suits to only come back to the pool actually be closed which was unfortunate but we made the best of it -The ice machine on the 2nd and 3rd floor didn’t work so we had to go the 4th floor and luckily that one worked -The halls needed to be vacuumed and there were a few ceiling tiles in the hall that were not put in right so there were gaps, it just didn’t look very nice -There was a small hole in the ceiling of the bathroom from some water damage that was leaking slightly the entire night. It wasn’t an issue to us so we didn’t move rooms. And overall the bathroom was very clean so we didn’t mind -There were ants in the room. There were only a few we saw. It was not like they were everywhere and causing us any issue. We just made sure we kept things clean and put food away before going to bed

-The staff, the front desk worker at the time of check in was incredibly nice -The room was clean -There was plenty of shampoo, conditioner and towels in our room -The ac was amazing

My room was very dusty & had hair all over the bathroom. The air vent in the bathroom looked like it hasn’t been cleaned since it was installed. The bedding smelled like sour milk. The carpet was sticky.

No clean towels. Door would get jammed/stuck. They should have an update on their website if their pool is closed. The kids were looking forward to swimming during that very hot weekend but the pool was closed. Would have booked another hotel had we known it was closed.

The breakfast could have been better. The room they gave us had various issues. Sink was leaking, fridge wasn’t working, and the bed was horrible!! The bed felt like we were sleeping in a hammock, it had an ident in the middle.

Our room smelled like marijuana, with the smell barely covered by air freshener. The rest of the hotel did not smell that way, just our room.  I assume a previous guest had broken the rules and smoked marijuana in the room and that the cleaning crew did their best to cover up the stench. There was mildew on the caulk in the bathroom. The hotel was clean and tidy but old and in need of renovation.

It was very convenient to the airport. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was good. The staff was very pleasant and helpful.

Our bathroom could have been cleaned more thoroughly. The tv didn’t work and one of the nightstands was falling off the wall. The bed platform was breaking/damaged. The room smelled like chlorine.

The downstairs common area for sitting and eating was rundown, furniture stained and chairs ripped and torn. Our room's smoke detector was hanging from the wall and covered with plastic. Bathroom paint peeling. They used to have a lobby bar, now that's gone. They used to have patio furniture outside between the lobby area and the pool building, but not any more. It seems to have gone downhill since the last time we stayed there.

The floors in our room were dirty and not swept/vacuumed. The entire hotel seemed dingy and in major need of an upgrade. We were also woken up at 8am by what sounded like drilling in the general vicinity of our room.

Carpet in rooms is a disaster. old paint and furniture. was charged $20 higher than Bookings.com price. Lucky I looked at receipt and noticed. They corrected it after I showed the mistake. Review the bill is a must.
