Dimly lit lobby, hallways, bad ac/heater that never seemed to turn off always blowing despite the settings being correct on thermostat. My room number didn’t match room number on phone which was kind of funny. Electrical outlet in nightstand kept making a tiling sound like a watch, nothing I tried could stop the sound, very annoying.

My only complaint was that I wish the shuttle service started a little bit earlier in the morning. It starts at 5 but many times you need to be at the airport by 4. I think it would be a great service to your customers to start it earlier.

The faucet was on the right side of the bathroom and everything else seemed fine, except for a leaking head shower. I'll let the front desk know so they can put in a work orders.

Found a couple of ants in the room upon check in but we cleaned it up. The cold pool. The breakfast was ok no proteins as they did before. Very cold potatoes.

Nothing really - wasn’t a big fan of the cost for laundry but we understand this.

We wish we could have stayed for a longer time - our flight got cancelled so we had to stay in San Jose the hotel was great, the breakfast looked fabulous (my SO ate breakfast and said it was fabulous), we even used the laundry service because we had no clean clothes since we were cancelled. Very accommodating, very amazing rooms and beds, and overall cannot wait to hopefully stay again.

The only think I may say is there is $10 nightly parking fee but I understand it comes with staying at a nice hotel

The location of the hotel was very safe and family friendly. The staff was friendly and responsive to any question or requests. The breakfast was great with assortments of hot & cold food items. Overall great experience and would recommend it to friends & family and I would book again if need be in the future.

My room wasn’t cleaned at all. The staff didn’t even knock to see if I needed trash empty or fresh towels .

Parking process is suboptimal. An open surface lot parking should not require a slip of paper on the dash in order to park in the lot. And a guest should not have to walk back out to their car to comply.

One of the best Hampton Inns I have stayed at. Nice size room. Great shower and amenities. Everything was fresh and new.
