We had to ask 3 times for housekeeping, we only got it after multiple days of asking for it after we didn’t even need it. No ventilation in the rooms, so it can get smelly and humid.

Comfortable beds and nice lobby. Breakfast was good. Great pool and gym. Employees were very nice and tried to help :) Good location, very calm. BEST PART OF IT: FREE COFFEE/TEA IN THE LOBBY ALL DAY LONG and the man who was in charge of the coffee was so nice and always made sure we had everything we needed. And the coffee was sooo good.

The room itself was not as clean as we expected from a 9+ rating. Also, the external pnoise level around the hotel was more than anticipated and woke us up a few times in the middle of the night.

The facilities were generally very clean and more than adequate. Nice attention to details.

The only aspect of the room I was bothered by was the temperature. My family found it really cold and after trying to adjust the thermostat we could only get it to 21 degrees Celsius. It was a little colder than how we normally like it but other than that everything was great.

I loved how everything was clean and tidy upon our arrival. The wifi was strong so I was able to get a lot of work done that night during my stay. The staff and workers were very friendly and welcoming.

Christmas Day breakfast was not the usual hot breakfast. Not a big problem, but I wish that we had known that. Certainly, the donuts, etc. were nice!!!

There was a homeless person on the side of the building looking in windows. Reported it to the front desk the next morning. There was no one at the desk when I came back in from outside making a phone call to report it to.

The hotel was a little on the dirty side but dealable.

The man at the front desk was so nice and personable! I should have gotten his name so I could let Hampton Inn know that he is a great front desk person. The breakfast, both days we were there, was okay, typical hotel buffet. The coffee was EXCELLENT. And, they had International Delight Creamer. The beds were comfy. I had a king size bed and the mattress was better than my mattress at home. My son said the sofa bed was very comfortable.

only thing I wasn’t pleased with was it was 6 of us in the room they only gave 2 towels and 2 washcloths. Also couldn’t tell if it was my neighbors or upstairs but after 12a we heard alot of loud noises and thuds not good with a 11m old baby trying to sleep

Pool was dirty and cold, rooms could’ve been cleaned better, breakfast was alright, the room was tiny and the bathroom door wouldn’t stay shut. Honestly not worth $208 a night.

pool was just okay according to my kids- I didn’t actually see it. I think it was just smaller than the one at the hotel where we were the previous night. (see above comment about barn doors for the bathrooms)

Spacious rooms with fold out couches which helped because we have big kids- ages 14-22. Good breakfast area with typical hotel breakfast- waffles, oatmeal, eggs (probably powdered but was fine), muffins, yogurt, fresh fruit, etc. One of our rooms was called a “queen suite”- it had 2 queen beds, fold out couch, very large room but not a separate bedroom with a door which my husband was expecting. Bathroom doors in the rooms are sliding barn doors which didn’t feel very “private”- however in the larger queen suite there was another inner (locking) door with the toilet & tub/shower behind it. The normal room didn’t have this- just the “suite.”
