You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United States of AmericaUnfortunately, the one item we didn't like, the staff had minimal ability to change. There was a large amount of young people staying in the hotel, thus the hot tub was gross on Saturday night. I brought this to the staff attention Sunday afternoon. That night the hot tub was considerably cleaner but still very disappointing.
Amber "in training" was a highlight to our stay. She provided us with excellent service and was helpful in finding a place to have dinner. She provided hospitality that warmed my heart. Breakfast and coffee was great both days. The room was awesome and very comfy.

The hotel, room, elevator, and breakfast area were all very clean. Rooms were quiet and comfortable. Breakfast was good.

United States of AmericaOnly having one card for two people. Having to have a card to do anything, using the elevator. Not having internet access. Don't know if it was the hotel or what but even the young lady at the front desk couldn't get it to work.
The room was perfect for someone with a handicap. Wonderful selection of coffee along with hot water for the wide range of tea's. Wonderful selection of breakfast food. The combination of swimming pool and hot tub was very nice. The hot tub was exactly what I needed after driving all day. The young lady that checked me in was very nice, even though me and my aunt wasn't supposed to be able to check in until 3 pm she was able to get us checked in before noon. Definitely will stay here again.
