We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United States of AmericaHotel only has 2 luggage carts which is unsatisfactory for when you check out w/a lot of luggage.
Front desk staff was very accommodating for some issues we had while we stayed there. Breakfast was good but wish they had trays for guests who still want to eat in there room.

United States of AmericaThe pool was not working which was extremely disappointing my two kids really wanted to swim. If I would’ve known the boss not working I would’ve stayed somewhere else. The room is clean but not that clean. Bathroom look like it needed a deep deep scrub. The hallways are more updated than actual rooms.

United States of AmericaWe went to the pool and had to ask for towels which were brought promptly. Someone was playing music the was extremely annoying. I didn’t enjoy the pool which I had been looking forward to. I went down later and there were a lot of noisy people in the pool. I didn’t feel welcome by the clerk who waited on us. She didn’t offer any help with finding a place for dinner. Maybe we were treated like unwelcome guests because we weren’t rewards members. She didn’t offer to sign us up.
The breakfast was a box consisting of 2 hard boiled eggs, a bagel and cream cheese and a yogurt and a banana. There was no juice or decaf coffee.

United States of AmericaThe breakfast???? We had to ask for a boxed breakfast which was a dry bagel, yogurt that was not what we like, and boiled eggs that were not cold. We were expecting the usual walk up breakfast with cinnamon buns, a protein egg and bacon or sausage, oatmeal, etc... so the girls would have a "good" breakfast before their games. I could not even get my own coffee (it was behind the desk) and had to wait for the person behind the desk to finish helping the people checking out/in/having issues. We were told, by the person behind the desk, that reason they were not offering the regular breakfast was because they were short staffed. Perhaps they can reimburse me some, since they didn't have to pay for staff? We have been traveling all over for the past month and this is the only hotel not making the food for breakfast. And please....let me at least get my own coffee while I wait! The cost of the room was way too much for what we got. We were with a sports travel team, who had a block that expired prior to us joining the team, so we missed out. They would not honor that team price. We stayed at the Holiday Inn Suites in Marlborough, MA, about 35 minutes away and they did match the block price there! I paid about $100 more than my team families paid.

On checkin the clerk told me they didn’t have rollaways for our room that I requested when I booked this…finally I got one No towels in pool area. Was not told and wasn’t on website that they weren’t serving breakfast. I was offered a banana in a brown paper bag or a yogurt. I waited 20 mins at front desk for a cup of coffee with several others. Desk was unmanned for all that time we had to go look around for someone. Very disappointed in the facility,
