The pillows need to change. They are old and worn out. Breakfast was limited and only two towels were in the room.

Weird consistent wind noise that was probably machinery. Never stopped. Couldn’t sleep night 1; so tired night 2 that I slept through it.

Pillows. When I ask for additional pillows, I was told they did not have any. I was then given a comforter and told to see if that helped!! Shame on you Hilton for associating your name with this place!

The breakfast foods were a bit salty for my taste, especially the Western omelette and apple sausage patties. I reserved three rooms for a girls’ getaway and it was made under one reservation. The website says $250 for incidentals. I was under the impression that since the rooms were under one reservation that I would be charged for $250. I was charged $150 per room. I should have been informed prior to my visit. The hotel’s website states that there would be a complimentary 5-mile shuttle bus for guests. The desk clerk informed me that there used to be a shuttle before COVID-19. Incorrect information puts a bad taste in the mouths of those expecting whatever the site states.

The property was clean. The room smelled fresh. Coffee and tea were available at all times in the lobby. The staff members at the front desk were attentive and pleasant. We felt safe lodging at this hotel; the surrounding area is great with gas stations, restaurants, and a huge mall.

Room wasn’t clean when I checked in I asked the cleaner to re vacuum and remove the trash Bed was too soft for my back - it’s a preference so I don’t worry about it But the room above me constantly made noice. I called reception about it - staff were apologized right away but unfortunately continue to disturb me enough to can’t fall asleep when I wanted Breakfast was good. Room was rommie Bathroom is nice too.

Front desk services I complained about something and was told this is a 2-star hotel. Broken bathroom door, expired chips to purchase in the lobby. Found centipede in pool which we took out ourselves they didn't know where the net was. No lifeguard, lots of kids being disruptive overnight. We stayed because we just needed a place to sleep didn't spend too much time in the hotel. We chose this place because prepandemic it was way better, a lot has changed including the staff.

Breakfast and location, pool security, you need to be let in. Free parking and how you can get toothbrush, toothpaste, and other necessities if you forgot.

The shower took a while to figure out: It looked like the plumbing was installed by a 12 year old caveman. There was no pamphlet about local restaurants or delivery options!

The breakfast protein choices changed daily, sometimes some better than others. Maybe add another regular coffee stand at breakfast because regular coffee runs out quickly and staff constantly having to replace. Nice lounge, no drinks or food but the diner is close, just down the hill, maybe make a deal with them for guests. Small stuff, nothing to not like at this location.

Breakfast was well coordinated and set up. DIY waffles and various egg and meat options made it worthwhile. Good staff helping guests and keeping the area clean and well stocked. All staff, especially front desk, were very nice and professional. Rooms were spacious and clean, good value for the price. The room hold was reasonable considering use of third party to book. Always coffee, tea, cookies available in the afternoon if you get to them in time. Location was easy to find and relatively quiet and safe.
