Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

If this location had a bar for its guest, it would have been perfect
The beds were comfortable, the room was nice, the location with a Starbucks downstairs all made my stay worth it.

I wish I had known about the included breakfast. My daughter made the reservation for me but did not tell me about the included breakfast. I was not told during check-in either. That was the only negative regarding my stay.
The room was clean. The bathroom is a good size and there were plenty of towels. The beds were very comfortable. I appreciated that there was an additional blanket in the closet in the event we needed one.

Parking price..don't mind paying for parking but if a customer stay 3 or more days..parking should be $10 to $15 a day..it's a great area but not enough to pay $30..it's not close to stadium or nothing

There is not much to improve perhaps bigger variablity of breakfast. It was daily almost the same. However,still not that important as hotel services in general.
I have not found any insufficiency during my stay. Hotel is in convnient distance of Center so there was no need for transport. Hotel is clean, and personnel is very friendly and professional. I would definitely recomend this place and believe next xear will use the same services.

The staff was so kind and friendly. Taisha and the shuttle driver Randy went above and beyond to make our stay convenient and easy. I don’t remember the Janitor’s name but he was kind and friendly as well. Our room was clean and fresh smelling . It was in walking distance to the cruise port , the aquarium, and sparkman wharf.

Breakfast was good and the room to move around and sit was good as well. I had the cereal, muffin, and potatoes. Juice choices were good and they had several toppings for the waffle maker. Glad to see they had chocolate chip muffins

Charged daily to park your car in the garage.

The person that checked me into my room the day that I arrived. Automatically put me down to NOT have my room cleaned without asking me. But I wanted my room cleaned daily. Everything else was amazing. But to NOT have my garbage empty and my room cleaned daily was a big negative to me. The person that checked me in should NOT have automatically assumed I did NOT want housekeeping. Because I did want housekeeping. That is the only thing that messed up your rating. Breakfast was great.

The staff were friendly and very helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Location was convenient, short walk to the free historical trolley. So many restaurants to choose from. The free shuttle to the cruise port was a bonus, very helpful driver.

Out of Diet Coke. Lol. 😆
Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was substantial. Rooms were clean and no funky smells. CVS is across the street, and includes complementary shuttle to cruise port. We did enjoy the pool for about an hour, but the weather was a little chilly. Overall great stay and value.

Wish they had a shuttle to pick you up from the airport.
This hotel is close to the Tampa Cruise Port. They do have shuttle service to the cruise port. There are restaurants nearby. CVS right across the street and Publix nearby. Good location. Good continental breakfast.
