We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Not many tv channels at all most of the channels were home shopping network and nobody wants to see that. Coffee was always empty or cold

United States of Americaon their web site it advertised they had a indoor pool spa and sauna. And a billiards table for guest to use. These are the reasons I picked this hotel because I was traveling with my 3 teenage grandsons. Needless to say they only had a indoor pool.

United States of AmericaThe ice machine on the third floor was broken, could not get the side door to open even with the pass card. Also 50.00 dollars for incidentals was ok but still waiting for it to be returned to my account.
It was quite bed was comfortable, the room was exceptional cleaned when I checked and like the check out being at 12:00pm. Breakfast was good. Enjoyed my stay will stay again in the near future.

United States of AmericaBed was a little hard for me.. The room we were given was on the 2nd floor, right behind the front door canopy. .Got to look at concrete,, So the view sucked.
First stay somewhere since the rona hit, that actually had a breakfast instead of just a grab and go or nothing at all. Location was great, close to BOK center and restaurants. Friendly staff. Room was clean and didn't stink.

United States of AmericaAbout 7:30 on Sunday morning a fire alarm went off and everyone was blasted out of their rooms. A fire truck came and left, but nobody turned off the alarm. I skipped the shower,packed up, dropped off the keys, and left a little early. The alarm was still going when I left.
The room was good. The place should have more than one elevator. The breakfast was way better than expected. There were biscuits and gravy, eggs, sausage, bacon, cereal, fruit, milk, bagels, etc. Very nice.

United States of AmericaShower was barely warm two nights in a row, stains on the ceiling, screw holes and pencil marks in bathroom wall, trim was broke and sticking out on bathroom door and wall, night stand drawer would not stay shut, 2nd floor ice machine out of service, Sheetrock and remodeling trash in a pile in the hallway!
