You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Asked for a discount for the property and they said the price was already discounted. However when I booked the trip there was no note of the facilities being closed.

United States of AmericaThey are under construction on a few floors but it really didn’t affect my stay. I parked on the second floor and that’s where they’re renovating the whole floor so it was just a little creepy walking down the hall lol but it shouldn’t affect your stay either.
It’s right on the beachfront and the view was extremely relaxing. The breakfast was delicious. I enjoyed making my own Belgian waffle. They also have fresh oatmeal, biscuits, country gravy, fruit, different juices, breads, yogurt with granola, fresh coffee. Just outstanding value for your money this time of year.
