The bathroom was not clean and the soap and shampoo was empty also the dust in the room was bad as well .....the room it self had everything you would need I will say that just the bathroom was what did it for me

Not really much to change with this place.

Very good location to drive out to work everyday. Plenty of amenities near by. Really enjoyed the view of the large pond with all the ducks and geese from my rooms window. The staff were all very polite and helpful.

The room was clean and spacious, the view was beautiful and the bed was very comfortable. We planned on only 1 night but extended our stay to 2 nights. The staff was friendly and helpful also.

The hotel floors outside the elevators were very dirty. The pillows on the bed were HORRIBLE.

Looks like one of the older Home2 designs. Everything outdated compared to other Home2 I have stayed before. My other rooms fridge and couch both damaged.

Pool was nice. The lake out back is beautiful. Rooms were plenty spacious and the value of said rooms was very good.

N/A I don't remember having any issues, problems, or anything that needed resolution. It was a nice stay and I wanted to stay last week, but the prices were more than my budget could handle...Lol It was an emergency trip and my funds were few.

The kindness showed from Staff and the atmosphere was tops. The breakfast room/rooms were clean and it was a nice selection even though Covid had an effect on our visit. My grandchildren were exceptionally excited over the breakfast, and that makes me happy.

So the cleaning system they have in place isn’t what we are used to. They have this system where they do a full clean after 5 days. We stayed for 4 nights… they came once for towels. That may or may not have been a result of us requesting them to clean? That was day 3 or 4. The big kicker was on our final full day there we left the room at 930am and returned at 745 at night to find our room OPEN. The DOOR was literally open with all our belongings inside. The room was mostly clean however the toilet paper was empty, the dish soap was on the bathroom sink? I couldn’t find dish soap prior to that… so that was a little weird. I don’t believe anything was stolen but it’s pretty alarming that the door was left open. When we told the front desk we were met with well was the door locked? Which seemed irrelevant because the door was OPEN. Not a bad room but the open door is really incredibly frustrating? I mean that shouldn’t happen period. We will not be returning.

The hotel was clean and modern. It was cute. Our room had an actual refrigerator w/freezer that worked. Ample storage for our belongings so that was cool. The bed was comfortable. The view was lovely of the water although the birds would constantly fly at the window so there was a lot of bird poop… but the view was nice.

The elevators do need to be cleaned floors were dirty. We only stayed one night and garbage was still left in the garbage can from previous person that stayed in the room when it was time to go to bed noticed that the sheets did not look like they had been changed, so there was no sleeping in the bed.

That this hotel was not in Port Lavaca, Texas, which is where we spent 5 nights.

Excellent variety and quality of breakfast items. The entire staff was exceptionally friendly and professional. Walking park is a very nice feature for our two small dogs.

The night time staff is rude and unavailable. First night no one was at the desk and their car was parked in the carport out front allowing no one to come in. Second night she acted as if I was an inconvenience and had to finish what she was doing on her phone before assisting me. Worst Hilton staff experience.
