No proper restaurant or real food options on the property: you need to drive to Hanalei.

A timeshare that doesn’t feel too much like one (a good thing), but has hefty and inexplicable “resort and check-in” fees, and will charge you 20 USD + taxes per day for your car. Nice grounds and gardens, a beautiful view onto the Bay, and spacious rooms, although they could benefit from an upgrade out of their Reagan style (and age). Very comfortable bedding. It shares a private beach with the 5-star Hotel "1 Hanalei", where we recommend you go and have a nice sunset cocktail!

I wish the restaurant was open for breakfast, the sundry shop was very small and had really limited options.

I liked that we had a partial ocean view, that we could walk to the beach, that there was a small fitness center, decent sized pool, and a restaurant onsight.

Food options at the resort weren't great, but we were fine looking for some local places outside of the resort. There also isn't a pool bar.

The location was amazing. Just a 10-minute walk to a pretty private beach (shared with 1 Hotel). The pool area was very nice also with plenty of space and nice spa.

Wish there were more pillows on the bed. The lighting in the hospitality suite and in the bathrooms is extremely unflattering and too much--gave me a headache, sorry to say. It wasn't very crowded, which was nice, but one couldn't help but wonder if we could've had an upgrade? Just curious. Other than that, we can only think of good things to say.

We loved that we were able to use the hospitality suite at a reasonable price while we checked out and waited for our flight. This allowed us to snorkel and enjoy ourselves. Wonderful! We also love a good koi pond--lots of big, happy koi! Your staff was very helpful and friendly. The Bramford Spa at One Hotel in Hanalei is the best spa we've ever been to--better than many top 5-star places in NYC, Paris, LA, Las Vegas, D.C., and Hawaii. It was great that we just a short walk to it. We also appreciated that you had laundry facilities and recycle bins. We will definitely stay there again. Your cleaning staff was also exceptionally nice and accommodating.

Stunning propery & location cannot be beat! Gorgeous path down to beach access gives you best of both worlds - views of Hanalei Bay from the cliff, but also beach access. Walked down to the one hotel from our place and could enjoy their bar as well. Would stay again in a heartbeat

There is no place to get breakfast or lunch! Also there should be a washer and dryer in each unit for the price. This hotel is not wheelchair friendly and they refused to change our sheets after 5 days and refused again after 6 days! They said we would get a mini cleaning but all the maid did was remove the towels and take our trash!

it would be nice if there was an easy known way to walk down to Hanalei Bay but I am not sure that is doable given the geography.

The location was quite nice and an easy walk down to the beach. For a resort with so many people, it was quiet at night and did not feel crowded.

not enough food amenities on the property- only one small restaurant open from 3pm on, which was excellent service and good food, but expect a 60-90 min wait if you get there past 5:30. they say they will open up the other two eventually.

The fitness facility is way too small. Needs to be improved and the size increased with more weights and exercise equipment. There was no food or drink service at the pool.

Nice grounds and the Happy Talk restaurant was nice. Rooms are large. Access to the beach is not too far and you can call for a shuttle to get back up the hill to the resort.

For a luxury resort, it is not operating at full capacity. There is a nice looking bar at the pool that is "closed indefinitely." The main restaurant in the hotel lobby is only open 3pm - 9pm, and closed on Wednesdays. There is no breakfast option available on site. There is no towel service at the pool, you have to walk back to the front desk lobby, even though there is a towel kiosk at the pool, it is closed. Not sure if it is due to the pandemic or new ownership, but this otherwise beautiful resort does not have the feel of full amenities.

Location is amazing, sits on a cliff above Hanalei bay, with a beach path you can take down to a sand beach and watch the sunset. The grounds are beautiful.
