The view was beautiful. We ate our delicious breakfasts overlooking the harbor and watching the shore birds. There was also a towel warmer in the bathroom, which was a nice surprise.

The place was very nice, the location was beautiful. It was very relaxing. The restaurant the owners suggested for dinner was top-notch. The food was outstanding. I think it was the boathouse bistro. It was within walking distance from the hotel. All in all, a very nice stay.

The breakfast was delicious and hot! Not sure how “ hot” happened due to having to bring a tray outside. The staff was impressive! The room was cozy and met our needs. Comfortable bed and heated perfectly.

This inn offers everything - comfort, location and excellent service. The room was sparkling clean and well-appointed. From the moment we were greeted by our hosts, we felt welcomed and confident that every effort would be made to ensure an enjoyable stay. Breakfast delivered to our room each morning was fabulous. The inn is a short walk to just about everything Boothbay has to offer.

We were given 4 choices for breakfast and it was delivered hot and delicious directly to our room!! Choices like asparagus toast, waffles, and oatmeal were served fancified and oh so good with specialty coffees of your choice. The hosts were pleasant and smiling. They also texted us 2 hours before our check in time to let us know our room was ready and we could check in whenever we were ready. I would highly recommend this great little Inn that is walking distance to the town and all the little shops that we had a great time poking through and also a couple of great restaurants.

I prefer one towel for my hair and another for my body. More than two towels for two guests would be great. I know I could have asked and Brooke and Mark would have gladly given me another towel! I hate to be a bother.
Beautfiully appointed room, comfortable bed, stunning view from room 11, friendly and gracious hosts, excellent breakfast. Extra touches that I delight in are actual coffee mugs, real wine glasses and a bottle opener. Also loved the fireplace.
