On the floor we were on, considered calling security for domestic disturbance next door, they were very loud and slamming doors!!

Plenty of variety of food, not having to travel to eat!!

Room was dirty (there was food on the floor when we got there), room stunk of weed, and the bathroom door wouldn't close. They did fix the door right away. We got a room "with a view", the view was the tops of buildings....

Very nice place and very nice staff. Beds were really soft.

The water of the pool is extremely cold , I wish the restaurants have more plant based or vegan options. Our bathroom door was broke and if you are not strong enough you won't be able to close the bathroom door.

close to restaurants , good staff, safe, good parking slot, great place to have fun and come with friends. I recommend if you are more a lay back type of person.

Bed was too soft or it’s because the pillows were too big and bulky I didn’t sleep well but every morning when I did get up, I had a back ache. Also the shower got only warm at best and I had to run the water what seemed like forever just to get it Luke warm where I get in it. I like to take hot showers and it never came close to that.

Property is not only easy to get to and close to other things around, but very entertaining to just walk around and look at all the picture, clothes and instruments of the rock stars, some who are not with us anymore. Very fun and entertaining place to stay. Also restaurants were very good.

Most everything. However, staff encounters were all great.

No valet. Big problem. Could not find handicap spaces. No daily cleaning services. Main casino bar has only two bourbons to select from neither of which is top shelf. I have ten x that in my own bar. Ruth Chris was good as usual. My room was supposed to be non-smoking but someone previously didn't care. No one seems to be checking on that. No live entertainment. Nightly down the street. Spent most of my money and time as Beau Rivage.

Shortage of overworked staff. Building mantainence is lacking be cause of the shortage. The place is really starting to show its age.

The Hard Rock is always a fun place to stay.

The waitresses on the casino floor would take way too long to come around even when the casino wasn't busy.

Sports book was small and parking lot was very dirty.

Nice and laid back however cashing sports bets somewhat cumbersome especially in morning.

Got upgraded to a suit upon check in. The room was spacious, and comfortable, with a beautiful view. I loved the whirlpool tub, and balcony overlooking the Gulf. All staff interactions were friendly and helpful.

The rooms need an upgrade. They have some wear on them, not like the previous years we have stayed. Need better filtration for the smoke

Buffet breakfast options for international visitors who might not want Dunkin’ Donuts etc for breakfast.

Very nice hotel and nice relaxing bed, I did think when I booked you might hear the casino from the room however that was not the case which was nice. In some areas it could do with a bit of TLC but not anything to put you off from booking again.

My room was suppose to be Royal Tower WITH a view, my view was literally the top of the building and parking garage. And in our room, the bathroom door kept falling off track, we had to call maintenance twice, after it fell off 5 minutes after they left from fixing it the second time, we gave up and ended up using a towel to get privacy. Other than that, it was a GREAT stay!!!!

Loved having the freedom to go and do whatever, all on the property. Pool, pizza, ice cream.

The towels were below standard for a Hard Rock Hotel.

The room was very nice. Getting the clock adjusted was a problem that the staff could not help us with, but was not a big deal.

Check in was slow. I asked for a room near elevator and got one as far from elevator as possible. I have a heart condition and walking is difficult. No valet service. Beautiful bathroom but poor lighting.

I find it difficult to understand that in 2024, luxury hotels do not upgrade their night stands with USB and wall sockets. The room I had (Platinum 901) had wall outlets that did not work! Other than that, everything was fine.

I wish there had been a better space to store the luggage. The cabinet storage was not very practical and the doors were in need of repair, It really needed to be replaced.

The room felt lacking. The shower head had exposed pipes, the bed wasn't comfortable, and the towels were all old and frayed.

Location was great. Pool, restaurants and casino were all good to have on property.

Housekeeping was not so good, the first time when we needed towels he came right away. Second time we requested through the desk and housekeeping the directory book that was missing from room. Never got it, asked 3 times, would have been nice to have figured out how to use things, layout etc. Not crazy about having only barstools to sit on in room. We do that enough at the bar.

casino nice, food great, room service wonderful all staff was good. We had a smoking room, but man it stunk like smoke, you could do something about that. Grand funk was awesome!
