Entire hotel smelled like weed. Loud guests and loud train right outside until 1am. No fire alarm in either of our 2 rooms (fire code violation?) One exit door to outside duct taped shut. The other security door doesn't latch. Had to ask for toilet paper. Towels were usable but dingy

It was obviously understaffed, difficult to tell who staff is without name tags or uniforms, outdated and not cleaned very well routinely. Found hair on sheets, filth on several surfaces, broken lamp with possibly lotion on it, smiley faces drawn on windows, elevator had a “goober” spit on wall. Potentially could be much nicer with attention to detail.

It served our purpose for a port in the storm and the location was perfect to attend the event we were there for. Restaurants and stores nearby were helpful.

1. The automatic front doors was broken, a sign on the door indicted use the side door. 2. Inside the elevator, the doors were scratched up and unattractive. 3. The sheets on my bed had spotted blood stains. Absolutely unacceptable. Why would this billion-dollar hotel chain reuse blood spattered sheets is beyond me. 4. The bathroom could have been cleaner when we arrived. There were pieces of tissue paper off the floor and strands of hair in the shower. 5. Some of the towels & washcloths were not white, but a dingy gray with a yellowish hint (indicated years of usage) 6. The night stand had some type of greasy residue on it that would not come off even after I used a cleaning wipe to re-clean it. 7. The walls in my room had chipped paint.

The microwave and fridge didn't work. The carpet was tore up in certain spots and there was no sheets for the let out couch. It was only a blanket and a pillow.

Room and bathroom needed detailed cleaning and better general maintenance. Top bed covers had stains. Carpet was frayed . Bathroom needed repairs, broken racks, scuffed walls, a lot of rust on bath light fixture.

Beds were comfortable with extra pillows. Hotel was quiet. AC/ heat worked.

Check in was at 2:00 we arrived at 4:00 they gave us our room key we went to our room open the door and it still wasn't cleaned from the previous individuals we had to go back to the desk inform them they had to give us another room we got to that room no toilet paper and it was cleaned quickly there was dust everywhere you can tell that it hadn't had a real good clean The remote was broke still worked was missing half of it. The staff was all dressed in regular clothing which I thought was rather strange to be checked in by somebody wearing a tie-dyed hoodie.

all of the appliances were unplugged, the temperature in the room was set to 61 degrees, the tv had some lines through the picture and some stations had a picture but also had a static sound instead of the shows audio.

Parking was away from the entryways. The facilities looked older and could used some updating. To be honest for the price being the lowest in the area. Significantly lower than the two motels on either side of it, I would say it was a bargain.

The bathroom was NOT in good condition. There was a corner beside the shower and toilet that looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a while and was black with mold (See photo). On one morning at 3:00A a car or van pulled up in front with it's stereo system full blast shaking the windows and that went on for a half hour. It left before I got through to the police. I would have thought that whoever was at the desk would have chased them out of there. This was probably the worst hotel experience I have ever had. The place needs to get hosed down and updated.

The only good thing about it was the price and the proximity to where we needed to visit.
