Issues booking(changed from 3 to 2 people after booked(desk fixed and didn’t add charge). If I booked in Dec it was under $200, but I didn’t have cash so I waited until Feb or mar and it was about $470 for room(booked up quickly so only suite available-lesson learned for next time). Allowed 60 or more people to scream, slam trays on tables in cheers, bang on doors and windows and race the halls on multiple floors until after 11pm(we came to rest before event we had to wake early for :( ). Shower “curtains” are cloth and soak. Also flood bathroom floor, should Get normal curtains or sliding glass. Just add a $1 tree curtain inside tub to keep water in.

Most things. Could use a bigger pool, but everything was nice. Enjoyed see through mirrors and transparent “hallways”. Kind and helpful staff.

The pool needs to be heated, it’s indoor but it was a bit cold.

The suite was a good size, 2 bedroom king suite, beds were comfortable. The aesthetics was nice, staff was welcoming, good location. There is many restaurants & retail stores around, convenient that Walmart is across the street. The parking could have been explained a little better due to the construction on the parking garage, but glad it was free.

Breakfast could be better. Cleaning rooms only for request was a bit odd. Do not turn AC down, there will be no fresh air in the room at all.

Transport to NYC is very convenient, bus arrives every 15-30 min and in 20-40 min you are on Times Square. Interesting design of the hotel. Rooms were much quieter than I would expect.

Minor things that I didn't like. The parking is a bit annoying since we had to park a bit far out of the way and then walk over to the hotel but at least the weather was nice. The bed wasn't the comfiest but not too big of a deal. Some of the breakfast foods seemed a bit stale but they were still good. Probably because we went down a bit late. And the room had coffee in it but no tea bags. Oh, and there is a $150 charge for incidentals that takes 3-7 business days to reflect back in your account that im definitely not fond of.

A HUGE room! A pull out couch and a very nice king bed. Loved the big window for the lighting. Had a microwave and mini fridge. TV was nice and big. There was thankfully a bathtub. Bathroom had nice amenities like mouthwash, Neutrogena soap, and even a little bag with cotton swabs and a nail file. The breakfast was so good! They even had nuggets and fries available. They actually make your omelets and waffles to order! Lots of sausage, bacon, bagels and toast, eggs, fruit, etc. The staff was very friendly and let us check in early. The hotel itself was gorgeous as well!

Prior to my stay I requested late check out. I was informed it would be 30$ before 3pm anytime after would be full day rate. Upon check in, I learned it was, 30$ PER HOUR past the standard 11am checkout time. I would have planned my trip differently had I known this information beforehand and chosen a different hotel. After expressing concern about the price difference, the woman I spoke to made no effort to correct the situation but instead chose to speak negatively about the staff member who gave me wrong information. Not nice.

The hotel is clean and located around plenty of restaurants.

Breakfast was not to great but it was exceptional pool was cold I didn’t last for very long in there but my daughter is a little fish and loves to be in the water one we called and let them know the pool was cold the turned in the pool heater and I wasn’t told about the a $150 fee they charge when you check in and get it back 3 to 5 business days after your check out date when i book through booking and if they did I don’t see it I found when I got to the hotel.

The rooms view was perfect and it’s next to really good restaurants Walmart and about a 6 -7 minutes drive to the American Dream Mall

The breakfast could have been better with some fresh fruit but it was free so I can't complain too much about that. The rest of the hotel was dated. The lobby was horribly decorated. The chairs in the dining area were god awful. The room had a sad living area and the bedroom portion had a terribly sad chair in one corner. The lighting was terrible in every way.

Breakfast and parking were free. The bus stop to go into Manhattan was steps away and said bus stop had a ticket machine. Very straightforward layout. The plants were real! The room was spacious. The room also had a water station which was interesting.
