On-property dining was way overpriced. So much so. we opted to leave the property to explore other restaurants in the area. Interestingly, this only seemed to apply to the food. The drinks were a little on the high side, but not so much that it would make you think twice. However, what you paid for the food vs. the quality that was delivered, was completely unacceptable.

The property was modern and clean. The staff really stood out as I didn't have a single negative interaction. Parking was free, which is good as I would expect this from a casino property.

Room was hot and never got cool... But maintenance came up right away and fixed the problem in a half hour. The motor had blown in the blower and. Had to be replaced. The maintenance guy was very friendly and did an excellent job making sure my room was comfortable agains the reason why I will be back

Atmosphere games and staff for the most part were very friendly and helpful except for the first attendant that checked me in but I spoke with a second attendant and she went above and beyond in surpassing my expectations and even got the manager to help me with my checkin. Her attitude is why I will definitely be coming back

I ask for a wheelchair and specifically for a closer room to where walking wasn't so drastic due to not walking far ... And we got the furtherest room no ice on our floor as you can think of...

The room was the disappointment. Needs to be updated, bathroom grout is discolored, caulk in shower was cracked, tv service was out for awhile at night.

Resort was really great. The food was awesome. Dealers were great too.

I did not like that there is almost a $40 fee for amenities that I didn't use. I think that it is unfair to the customer. There should be some way for the hotel to decipher what the customer uses. I would suggest having a badge for people to scan if they're using any of the amenities

I like the associates were very friendly. The hotel is in a great location and it's truly tranquil. I was there to just relax and distress.

I paid for a king room and got a double room. Did self check in and didn't bother asking for the correct room because the lines were so long.

Every member of the staff we interacted with very helpful and knowledgeable. With a great attitude.

The tower that we stayed in was a far walk to the casino and a little confusing.

Food court pricey. Wouldn't mind the cost if food was at least better than average Room we were in could have used some cosmetic repairs/updates Not many hostess on casino floor to take drink orders.

Hotel and casino were clean. Both were well decorated. Hotel had many public places to sit. Relax.

Most restaurants inside facilities were closed on the first night (Ruth Chris was overpriced) more were open on the second night but the choices were limited for people with food allergies. Very few restaurants available outside the casino property. Missed the old time quarter slots.

Food prices little high, nothing open late night . Room was a walk to lobby, my sister and I have COPD so walking to lobby was difficult.we made it.

Room was great , place was beautiful loved the food. All the staff security, I was very helpful. Elevator to the casino was close to our room. I want to thank everyone .

Bed was not very comfortable. Doors to not have soft close so in the wee hours of the morning it was VERY noisy.

Pillows were horrible. The room smelled like smoke even though it was a non smoking room. There should be more shopping boutiques or small unique stores on the property!
