Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United States of AmericaThe ice machine on our floor (54) didn't work. I called maintenance the first night, but nothing was done. The hotel is so big it is hard to navigate. It took us about 1/2 a day to figure it out, but even then it wasn't easy.
The room was fantastic, but the ice machine on our floor (54) didn't work. We were in colosseum tower which made it great to see the Garth concert. Staff were very helpful with directions.

CanadaCheck in line was massive and took forever. Paid $35 plus tip for a slush cocktail at the pool which is probably the single most overpriced thing I have ever bought. Pool is great though, so I guess worth it.
Huge room, very modern and clean. Great location. Awesome pool area. Fast elevators. Friendly staff. Tons of food options. Fantastic, enormous pool area.

AustraliaCheck in process was extremely slow. If they cannot process checkin faster they should have more staff. Also the Bacchanal Buffet has 45+ minute queues even if you book a specific time. Managing queues is a definite weakness and annoying.
A perfect place to stay on the strip.

IrelandThere was no complimentary water, tea or coffee provided. No robes or Slippers provided. The room was a junior suite. In any other hotel I have stayed in, these facilities are automatic in any room advertised as a suite.
The hotel bed rooms need to be upgraded, at least the junior suite I was in did. The carpet was frayed as was the covering on the bed.

Lithuaniawe stayed 4 people in the room, but wifi was only for 2 people, I think that if you pay for 4 people so all should get facilities that are payed. also the was only 1 bathrobe in the room. 3 pools were not working. there were no coffee or tea in the room (other hotels offer such options).
Huge, nosy hotel. If you want to party and spend all the days in casino, then its ok, otherwise I would prefer to choose other options. room was very spacious, wonderful bathroom

AustraliaCouldnt put anything in fridge, they were special sensor ones, made it crazy and we had milk for tea etc and no where to store it, unless we hired another fridge....clean room was missed 3 or 4 times, wifi is a stupid 2 x only devices system. Very busy, im sure staff were under pump 24/7.
Location amazing, big rooms, had view of Bellagio, food options.

CanadaVery slow check in. They need to invest in technology to speed up check-in (the kiosks weren’t working) and we waited almost an hour to check in. Also, they nickel & dime you for internet (wifi) access. Only 2 devices can connect per room. If we’re paying a $50 resort fee per night why do we have to pay an additional $15 / device per day to connect to wifi? I e stayed at many other hotels on the strip, and haven’t had this restriction. Seems silly to me in today’s world that this would be something that Caesar’s would try to monetize. Especially when we booked a room for 4 ppl.
Centrally located. Good amenities and connected to shops.

United States of AmericaLet’s start with the parking. The gate machines are old and finicky requiring the use of the help button often. If you self park, good luck getting an elevator to get to the hotel lobby/casino. Only two of the four elevator were working and when security was notified, we were told that we would just have to wait or take the stairs. Hauling large suitcases up and down a staircase really isn’t ideal. The room was nice and newly remodeled, but some of the furnishings seemed very old, tattered and torn in some places. The food in the food hall was way overpriced and not spectacular. From this experience, it is highly unlikely that we will be revisiting.
The location was wonderful, right in the middle of the strip. That being said, it was very busy and crowded.

United States of AmericaEverything is extra. The machine would not accept our key card to leave the parking and we had to pay full price. Hotel did not offer to reimburse the fact that our card was coded wrong. No coffee or water unless you pay. Resort very large. If we left something in the car, once back in the room, it was too far to go back.
The room was larger. The bed was comfortable

GermanyWe booked a room with strip view. What we got was with a strip view from a distance and just visible from a specific corner of the window. If you look straight out of the window you would not see the strip at all. So spending extra money for that was really wasted money. Room was okay, but not special. The refrigerator is filled with stuff, touching it leads to a room charge. It is impossible to put own stuff into it (of course they want you to consume in the hotel, but even a small chocolate would not fit in). But that is something I found really customer unfriendly. Almost every day before arrival, we received messages, sometimes multiple. That was really to much.
Garage with spacious lots and a reasonable day rate.

United States of AmericaThe biggest disappointment was that they have a super cool fountain pool that we were told would be open. It was closed for our whole stay! The other pools were open but were freezing the first day. They also don’t have any hot tubs which would have been nice on the day the pool was freezing. They warmed up the pool by our second day. Also it’s nearly impossible to find lounge chairs unless you get to the pool first thing. Multiple elevators were broken. Leaving long lines to get where you need to go at times.
Great location! Property is beautiful. Forum shops are awesome. Pump cocktail lounge in the casino is beautifully designed and had excellent drinks. Food court was also convenient for a quick bite.

United States of AmericaCheck in was like the airport security line on a busy day. It was a mile from self parking to our room each way. The room was dirty with stains on furniture. Grimey surfaces. Floor was not mopped. Empty bottle in the bathroom. Pubes in the shower. Hotel itself is beautiful but a maze we got lost several times. No water, no complimentary coffee, no fridge to store your drinks or leftovers. Dated TV. The main pool was closed down and took us 20 minutes to find open chairs. Stressful and wouldn’t stay here again.

The hotel itself is extremely large! Tons to see inside the hotel. Check-In was relatively easy and the receptionist was very helpful. The room was comfortable and we had an absolutely amazing view of the strip. I also loved the jacuzzi in the bathroom with the jets. The hotel was conveniently located in the heart of Las Vegas Strip. Extremely close to everything.
