After paying $300 for a room and being charged for the mini bar and not even have complimentary water! Plus I had to have the staff take a mini bar charge off the bill because we did not use it at all! No microwave or fridge in the room.

The room was very nice and comfortable. Did not get the extra blanket that I waited almost 2hrs for.

When I checked in I was offered an upgrade I decided to spend the extra 153 dollars for a strip view for both my rooms however once I checked in I was charged for a strip view but didn’t receive a strip view I went down to the front desk and they said they couldn’t do anything about it. But I was still charged an extra 300+ dollars this was upsetting after paying over $2000 for the rooms.

The hotel was very nice and the room was nice

The check-in and check-out process was terrible slow and manual. They lack from kiosks for this process. They made a mistake with my last name that became in a headache all the way. The bed of my bedroom had a horrible damage in the headline that is no coherent with a 5 stars hotel. They charge you extra resort fee for amenities that at the end of the day you never going to use because the pools are constantly closed, you normally do not use the gym etc. It is just a way to inflate the price or showing up like a good deal at first glance.

The room was good. The bathroom was clean, elegant, great size and very nice with jacuzzi.

Well, on the day we were checking out, the safe wouldn't open! But the safe-cracker arrived at 7:00 am and saved the day. We had an early flight. We were hoping to swim everyday, but the pool was closed! Made us wish we had gone to Hawaii instead. A notice would have been nice from Booking or the hotel.

View from the room was nothing to write home about. It was just so-so. Just a room. The location was very good, near the elevator for a spouse who has walker to get around.

One of the cupboards in the room houses the ac vents. I expect these are usually locked but ours wasn't and upon opening it was extremely dirty/dusty and in need of maintenance. Also meant the noise from the ac was quite loud. The shower fixture in the bath didn't work, the valve appeared to be seized. All food outlets seem very pricey, but I guess it's just 'Vegas'.

Nice upgrade to a bigger room. Suite was huge. Whirlpool bath was lovely, and there's a shop just downstairs that sells bath bombs etc.

We arrived at the hotel early from the airport and the first thing we were told was that, for a fee, we could check into a different room of lesser quality or we could come back and check in at 4 pm. We definitely didn't feel welcomed and there was no attempt at hospitality on the part of the staff. We opted to check our bags and walk around. At our designated check in time (4 pm), we were told that our room wasn't ready, that it would be between 4 and 6, which was completely unacceptable and not a great start to our vacation. Then, of course, even though our room was paid for well in advance, we were hit with the "resort fee," which can only be described as robbery. Once in our room, we found that we'd have to procure our own coffee for the coffee maker. For a hotel of this caliber, we found it baffling that we weren't even provided with the most simple of hospitalities, like coffee. There was no clock in the room. The bathroom was mostly clean (some stray hairs were left behind), but there were no facial tissues, so we had to use toilet paper to blow our noses. More was expected from a hotel like Caesars Palace.

Great location in the middle of the strip with lots to do and see within walking distance. Beautiful hotel with endless dining options. Room was comfortable and quiet.

The tray above the mini bar is also considered part of the mini bar, but it isn't clearly stated anywhere. If you pick anything up from the tray to look at, then you have a few seconds to put it back before you're charged for that item. In the event the item is charged to your room, you can just speak with someone at the check-in/out desk to have it removed.

The room was big with a decent view from the windows. The bed was very comfy.

Bath towels were worn and dingey...carwash quality. Lobby areas are very smokey... cigarette and cigar smoke filled the air at a lobby bar.
