Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United States of AmericaWe had a cleaning incident in our bathroom when we arrived. We alerted hotel staff who were super kind about it, we went down to dinner and when we came back up to the room it was already taken care of!
Hotel has a lot to do, it’s nicely decorated and the staff is great.

Czech RepublicThere was an ongoing reconstruction, which was quite disturbing during day-time. Some of the elevators in Colosseum tower were not working therefore it took us almost 10 mins to get down. And I don’t understand why there is a 75$ fee for even touching the stuff in minibar.
Very nice, clean rooms, great&spacious bathroom, very nice view from our room.

United KingdomThe hotel has lost a lot of its “glamour” over the last few years. The staff on the night desk for check-in were clearly overwhelmed and quite unprofessional. We were offered an “upgrade” which ended up being in the old tower which needed major renovations. The room was awfully dirty, dingy and overall not acceptable for a five-star hotel. Thankfully, the hotel assistant manager, Miss Tolentino, saved the day and offered to switch our room in the morning. Miss Tolentino was incredibly professional, thorough and friendly - a credit to Caesars Palace. We stayed in the Palace tower and enjoyed the rest of our stay.
Great pools and club (OMNIA) / ambiance is nice

AustraliaCheck in too late 4pm. Check out 10am. No complimentary water or coffee. Had to pay to watch any TV/Movie. Only 1 bed changed by housekeeping. I was charged for moving the items in the mini bar and staff told me I'm not supposed to store my personal items, like my medicine and milk for the kids. Although a helpful staff member waived the mini bar items. Lack of signage. Hard to find Pool, Gym, Food, Theatre, etc Amenities and advantages of Caesars not advertised in house TV, like shows etc. Caesars Palace down-loadable map not accurate.
Location great.

United States of AmericaI feel that we did not get the room we were supposed to get, when I asked the front desk, they just said that we had all the features that were on the list. Our booking said Premium Studio Suite, and we got a Princess Suite. We were supposed to have a double shower, didn't get that, two toilets, didn't get that, and a view of the pool, got a view if the parking ramp. Then I requested a refrigerator for our room, that I had to pay for, the first in they brought, had no control knob on it and didn't work, so I had to request a replacement. After a day and a half we finally got a working fridge. It took forever. The front desk would not credit this either.
Ceasers was clean, the room was clean, and the wait staff at the pool was very good.

United States of AmericaAs we walked into the hotel, the smell of smoke was overwhelming compared to other hotels we visited during our stay. Check-in was lengthy, and they really pushed up-grading rooms. I requested a medical refrigerator with my reservation, which was not in the room upon arrival. When I tried to call guest services, the room phone did not work, so I had to go down to guest services. The refrigerator was not delivered the next day. The air was very stale, and we had to step outside regularly just to get some fresh air.
The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The food was also excellent!

United KingdomWe found the check in /customer service to be sub standard. I booked 3 rooms on one reservation to find they put us in 3 separate towers - then tried to sell us upgrades to put us together. This felt like a ploy by the hotel. I was then advised that one of the rooms was in the distant tower as I had booked a ‘handicapped’ room - when I advised that I hadn’t requested such room the lady checking us in went on to argue with me! I said i didn’t need a handicapped room but was advised that to change this would be an ‘upgrade’ again at an additional cost. The pool area was constantly busy and we struggled every day to find beds - this was exacerbated by the fact that they would close of 1 or 2 of the pools including the sun bed areas each day - saying they were shut for ‘bio hazard’ this seemed to be more about not having lifeguards but worse as it reduced seating and they wouldn’t allow us to move or use the beds.
We have stayed at Caesar’s a number of times as well as other properties in the Strip. It is one of the best locations as is central. The rooms are spacious and comfortable but definitely worn and a bit dated

United KingdomI had to wait for about an hour before being served at the check-in desk. Everyone in the line seemed visibly upset about the lengthy wait. The staff member, Jason, did not apologize for the delay; instead, he made me feel as though checking me in was a favor. It took him approximately 40 minutes to check in my family of four, whereas a few days earlier, the staff at the Venetian Hotel managed to check us in within about 10 minutes, at a similar time of day. Additionally, although I had paid for a room with a view of the strip, I did not receive one, and the other room, which was supposed to have two queen beds, only had one king bed instead.
generous room size, comfortable bed, fantastic swimming pools, interior design.

AustraliaI flew in separately and as the lead passenger tried to contact Caesars several times over 10 days to arrange for my sisters to be able to check in separately but they ghosted me and left my 70 year old mum sat outside for 3 hours until I arrived. The room was a bit grubby with other guests dirty laundry found in the drawers. Room was for 4 but only catered for 2 (towels cups etc) and they provided a coffee pod machine but no pods so what was the point of that. The fridge was locked and unusable so again, what was the point. You have to hire the fridges which is ridiculous for a venue this size. My mum had an accident and we asked to borrow a wheelchair which we were made to pay $154 for which is absolutely Insulting. So a fab looking hotel but the owners are greedy and tight fisted on the extras that are always free everywhere else. The constant squeezing for money means I'll not stay here again.
The venue was simply the best in Vegas and the heart of the strip. Security people everywhere which is reassuring. Pools are fab and lots of choice for food, mall is amazing. Rooms had most of what we needed.

AustraliaWe opted for room servicing on request, rather than daily cleaning, and we requested over 6 times over 2 days and it was such a slog getting anyone to come to our room to even give fresh towels. We asked twice to opt back into daily cleaning and neither times did anything. Not great. Also, room is so dark! No main lights. Room wasn't the nicest we have seen out of other Vegas accommodation.
Great location! Amazing spot on the strip and right in the middle of it all.

SingaporeThe hand towels are dirty. The hotel room looks really average, and there is no complimentary water given. Apart from that, we can't even use the fridge to store our items, and there is no water boiler provided and bathroom slippers. The queue to check in and out is long. Hotel parking is chargeable even for hotel guests.
The location is close to everything else.. The room is big and the bathroom is huge also. The bed is comfortable.
