Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United States of AmericaDisappointed having booked the Paris Hotel for the French experience only to be placed on the Horseshoe building and having to walk from Front to back to the connecting parking access to get to the Paris shops and dining each day. If there is a next time make that request NOT to stay in the Versailles section.
Convenient location on the stipe for the various venues.

United States of AmericaThe quality of Mon Ami Gabi has gone down significantly since I past dined there. I had been bragging about it and was super excited to share with my guest, who reported it was about they same as iHOP. I agreed. super disappointed. Also, the pool staff started cleaning up chairs and telling people to leave at about 430, even though the sign said they close at 6.
location location location. also the front desk staff was terrific.

United States of AmericaThey missed up and sold the room we were in to someone else. The people walked in our room then the hotel cancelled our key. I had to stand in line 1 1/2 hours to get the key fixed. They gave me a $100 meal credit but we were leaving the next morning early and didn’t have time to use it.

United KingdomThe cost of everything was over priced - similar to other hotels in the centre of the strip but the pool bar prices were obscene in comparison to other bars in the hotel. Also unable to use Caesars rewards as from the UK but everything was accessed through it.
The location and quirkiness- really like the Beer Park bar and the room was spacious and comfortable

United States of AmericaDifficult check in and everything was very expensive. I would suggest offering a small discount for rooms when people are staying there due to a competition. We are already spending so much at your hotel just to come and compete.

CanadaThe hotel rooms were very dated and old. There was no vent in the bathroom and overall needs to be updated. It’s also super annoying that there is just 1 entrance when there are several doors all around the casino that you could exit but they block them off. Very inconvenient.

CanadaWe paid for a view of the effil tower but the windows in foom 2011 were very dirty and the dirt even showed up on our photo's, even out kids mentioned how dirty the window were when we face timed tgem to show them the hotel view. Aslo very strong smell of smock as soon as you enter the building. A lot of people smoke as they play the casino, we couldn't play the slots as people would come smoking next to you, so we had to move when we didn't want to switch machines.
great location and lots of restaurants on site. The best place we ate was the Effil Tower restaurant. It was a great experience, and although at the higher end price wise, it was well worth it.

AustraliaDownsides - all rideshare pick-ups have been relegated to the back, dark depths of the rear parking garage. And even if your room is ready early, they will only let you in early if you pay an additional $50 - why? No idea. It's not like they are paying someone to prepare the room early etc. The bad - checking in takes forever. No matter the time of day or night, the line up at Reception is always 30 to 45 mins+ to be served.
Location was excellent. The room was very clean and the staff were friendly and helpful.

United States of AmericaThere is nowhere to sit. There are hardly any chairs and tables at the various counter service restaurants—we spent $15(!!!) per sandwich and had to stand to eat. The prices on the food and drink items. $6 for a small coffee!?! That’s too much. Add Keurigs to the rooms. We’re already paying a $50 resort fee—we can’t get discounted coffee!?!
