Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United States of AmericaFirstly, the hotel and room felt a bit dated, lacking the modern amenities found in newer establishments. Additionally, the bathroom shower was slippery, posing a safety concern. Though the bed and bedding were clean, they were somewhat uncomfortable, failing to provide the best sleep experience. The lobby was consistently busy, resulting in long lines during check-in and out. I would recommend utilizing online check-in and out to avoid the inconvenience of waiting in queue. Overall, while Paris Las Vegas has its charms, these factors should be considered when booking.
My experience at Paris Las Vegas was exceptional. The hotel's location was perfect, allowing guests to fully immerse themselves in the vibrant atmosphere of Paris right in the heart of Las Vegas. From the iconic replica of the Eiffel Tower to the charming cobblestone streets, every detail exuded the unmistakable Parisian vibe. It truly felt like a mini Paris getaway amidst the excitement of the Vegas strip. Highly recommended for anyone looking to indulge in a taste of Paris while enjoying all that Las Vegas has to offer. The highlight of my stay at Paris Las Vegas was undoubtedly the pool, situated beneath the majestic replica of the Eiffel Tower. It was a surreal experience to lounge by the poolside, with the iconic landmark towering above, creating a truly unique and picturesque setting

United States of AmericaOnce we checked in it was quite a trek to get to the Versailles tower. I did not receive your notice explaining the fastest route was through the Horse shoe hotel because we were traveling. I was afraid to use the Wi-Fi because of the daily resort fees.
The view was amazing. We could see the sphere , which is why we stopped in Vegas on our way home.

United States of AmericaUsually stay in more of a boutique hotel which doesn't have the large lobby and casino. Walking through smoke, lights and noise isn't my thing although I realize I'm in Vegas!
Hotel is iconic and in a fantastic location. Good food options. Love Mon Ami Babi.

United States of AmericaOur original room smelled like a sewer so I had to spend valuable time changing rooms. You should not be renting out rooms that had a disgusting odor. The grout in the bathroom was chipping away.
I liked the view and the beds were comfy. I appreciated having a small fridge in the room too. The AC was great.

United States of AmericaAll good options are very expensive. The rooms have the worst pillows. The proximity to the fountains is beautiful however very loud. We could hear the street performers all night and we were in the 8th floor
The staff was fantastic. The hotel clean and nicely maintained. Location on the strip made it ideal for getting around

United KingdomSmoking in the hotel/casino didn't realise how much this would bother us everywhere stank and was very unclean air, booked a non smoking room which still stank of smoke especially with the air con on. Checking in was a nightmare hadn't realised there was more than one desk and we were queueing for over 30mins to check in.
Good location on the strip, huge room and bathroom, upgraded to a strip view which was cool but could barely see it so probably not worth the extra money, large parking garage but didn't appreciate having to pay when we were paying guests and it wasn't busy during the week. Obviously the Paris theme downstairs in the casino is very cool but could have translated more to the rooms.
