We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United States of AmericaPrice point was too attractive to families with children, who dominated the pool area with their noise and uncontrolled behavior. There was a lack of common areas, so these same breeding families had to gather ( eating cheap pizza, and drinking alcohol) in the pool area to hang out.

The rooms did not seem particularly cleaned, room lighting was fragile & askew and bathroom was not sparkling clean - around commode especially.

United States of AmericaThe elevators were out of order. The room was ok but you could see water damage that was covered with paint. I didn't like that I wasn't asked at check in if I wanted to change my payment method..I did want to. We were put in a large room which was nice although the jet tub did not work. I also wish ALL hotels out larger trash cans in the rooms.
The bed was comfy. The room was large and clean. Love the long table under the TV. The staff was pleasant. Breakfast was ok.

United States of AmericaIf it were truly a handicap room that could accommodate a patient lift, my wife would not have had to sleep in her wheelchair overnight, a practice that is not only uncomfortable but medically unwise, and the TV didn't work. The first at the front desk said was, there was nothing they could do, but they did feel sorry about it. They gave us a card to complain via email to the owner, which we will do.

Employee that was stocking the breakfast items dropped a bunch of plastic “silverware” on the floor. He picked them up and looked around to see if anyone was watching then he placed them in the serving container.

United States of AmericaThe staff are like drill Sargents. My son got a migraine at breakfast. It was 9:50am, and breakfast was almost over. My husband made him 2 little waffles and started taking him back to our room. The staff literally attacked my husband and tried stopping my children from getting on the elevator. It was honestly the most ridiculous thing I've ever seen, and from them on, the staff was extremely rude. We were being constantly watched like we did something wrong. I loved the hotel but as long as that staff is there, I won't be going back.

CanadaIt was a "pet friendly" hotel but would not allow our pet to be in the room in his crate unattended, which really limited our site seeing options. At breakfast they had a lady guarding the room making sure no one left with their food, she actually stood in front of the door when I tried to bring some food up to my boyfriend who was in the room. Some staff were kind but others were rude and pushy, the pool and room could have been cleaner. There were little things that just needed updating and cleaning, overall it wasn't a terrible stay.
I liked the price, the room was big and bed was comfortable, some staff were kind, it was close to everywhere we wanted to visit. It allowed our dog for a fee which was nice.
