Price point was too attractive to families with children, who dominated the pool area with their noise and uncontrolled behavior. There was a lack of common areas, so these same breeding families had to gather ( eating cheap pizza, and drinking alcohol) in the pool area to hang out.

Clean, comfortable, did provide an adequate breakfast.

Weird driveway access out of property because of a building at the end of their lot. This isn’t the hotel’s fault, but it was awkward. Also, they could do better eggs at breakfast. They were not very appealing to me.

Very convenient to Rte 81. Cost was reasonable too.

Most staff were not very welcoming -especially in breakfast area- were noncommunicative, waffle maker not operating right, limited breads, no creamers and staff didn't care. The rooms did not seem particularly cleaned, room lighting was fragile & askew and bathroom was not sparkling clean - around commode especially.

I had specifically requested a hotel with a restaurant as we had been on the road and it was wet and cold out but when we arrived we were told the restaurant was not attached and we would have to walk back to it so we ended up ordering a pizza at it was late.

The only thing I noticed was the room wasn't carpeted but that was probably mostly due to the fact their was a hot tub in the room

The elevators were out of order. The room was ok but you could see water damage that was covered with paint. I didn't like that I wasn't asked at check in if I wanted to change my payment method..I did want to. We were put in a large room which was nice although the jet tub did not work. I also wish ALL hotels out larger trash cans in the rooms.

The bed was comfy. The room was large and clean. Love the long table under the TV. The staff was pleasant. Breakfast was ok.

If it were truly a handicap room that could accommodate a patient lift, my wife would not have had to sleep in her wheelchair overnight, a practice that is not only uncomfortable but medically unwise, and the TV didn't work. The first at the front desk said was, there was nothing they could do, but they did feel sorry about it. They gave us a card to complain via email to the owner, which we will do.

Towels were not clean. Room had a smell Breakfast was a 1 on a scale of 1 to 10. Eggs were not edible. Employee that was stocking the breakfast items dropped a bunch of plastic “silverware” on the floor. He picked them up and looked around to see if anyone was watching then he placed them in the serving container.

Bed was comfortable, good shower and water pressure. The coffee was very good.

Large amount of ants in our room. They were there from the start, was not due to good or garbage created during our visit.

My non smoking room smelled of smoke, the breakfast area was leaking everywhere, the staff was a little short with us. For the price it was what it was but I would never stay there again which is sad because before these owners it was a nice hotel.

Smell of pool chemicals was making all children cough. Noticed adults were coughing as well.

i booked a room with two queen bed it was big and comfy also clean i loved it during my stay.Also before i booked when i looked at the review they say the pool is dirty and stuff like that but in my experience not only pool but they also got all over the place clean which makes it better to stay during your travel so the pool was clean had a comfy sitting area which you can rest.

The staff are like drill Sargents. My son got a migraine at breakfast. It was 9:50am, and breakfast was almost over. My husband made him 2 little waffles and started taking him back to our room. The staff literally attacked my husband and tried stopping my children from getting on the elevator. It was honestly the most ridiculous thing I've ever seen, and from them on, the staff was extremely rude. We were being constantly watched like we did something wrong. I loved the hotel but as long as that staff is there, I won't be going back.

It was a "pet friendly" hotel but would not allow our pet to be in the room in his crate unattended, which really limited our site seeing options. At breakfast they had a lady guarding the room making sure no one left with their food, she actually stood in front of the door when I tried to bring some food up to my boyfriend who was in the room. Some staff were kind but others were rude and pushy, the pool and room could have been cleaner. There were little things that just needed updating and cleaning, overall it wasn't a terrible stay.

I liked the price, the room was big and bed was comfortable, some staff were kind, it was close to everywhere we wanted to visit. It allowed our dog for a fee which was nice.

Front desk morning person was very rude and short with people.

The rooms are large more than enough room for families.
