Persistent aroma of cleaning products may bother some. Bathroom door defaulted to closed, which left bathroom faintly "moist" smelling. Bed pillows were too firm and lofty for my taste.

Located next to I-10, with double pane windows and good exterior sound insulation. Interior hallway and adjacent room noise was less well isolated, but our neighbors were quiet. Clean. Staff were amiable and efficient. Breakfast was good USA standard.

The breakfast was adequate it had a few options the quality was good. The breakfast room was clean and restocked regularly.

The price was high. The beds were full sized, but the room could have fit queens. The beds were a little too firm.

This was possibly the only accommodation I have stayed in since the pandemic that cleaned our room daily. Breakfast was included. The room was spacious. Parking is free.

Upon arrival the fridge was unplugged and was all over the floor. The ice machine was down on the first floor and we were on the third. Weird moldy smell from the air conditioner. They make the appearance like it's a Hilton, but it's basically a refurbished motel.

If this is a “Signature” property, it was disappointing. The corners in the hallways were dirty, the bathroom needed work by the outlet on the wall, and the corners were dirty.

The only few problems is the ice machine is only downstairs. The vending machine is way to pricey. Lost a few dollars in the machine though. It looks like there old and can be serviced. The bathroom could use a few shelves to put his and hers bathroom essentials either on the wall or up underneath the sink. Also there was only enough eating are for one. But know of these items would not make want to stay there again. Lovely place

It was a very nice and clean hotel. The rooms where nice and clean and I like how large the bathroom was. Just a little bit pricey though. Very close to restaurants and other shops like walking distance to these places.

There was an unpleasant odor in the room and allover the hotel. Breakfast buffet was not refilled frequently enough and had to wait 30' to eat.

The rooms are not too big and prices during the summertime are pretty high. View from the window is restricted. No alternative milk for breakfast.

A nice and clean hotel about 30 minutes away from Santa Monica Pier and LAX. Coffee machine, kettle, microwave, and refrigerator in the room. Tasty breakfast. Free parking on site.

Breakfast in this hotel is good, we stayed for 3 days and the lady in the cafe change the meat differently daily and it’s a plus for us, she is very attentive, the basic breakfast all you need they have it. They have fruits, coffee, milk, juices, cereals, pancake (you make your own) and a lot more, just don’t expect Hilton type fancy breakfast. The shower is really great hot water is hot love it! The pressure is strong and the toilet is updated. They just need to the toilet paper holder its need TLC. They don’t have pool just saying incase you did see this during your booking. There are a lot of Chinese buss tour staying this hotel and others. Plus side they gave you slippers to wear and bathtub. They have limited parking space, the whole time I was there I’d always able to get a parking space which is a plus and the space is a great size for a full dive SUV, the parking are all outside around the hotel. incase you run out of space across the street the massive parking space of the gyms fitness’s not sure if it’s ok to park there. The down size when we came in this hotel has a funky smell on the whole way, the room Aircondition is cold but at night seems not right it’s not cold enough. We tried to turn on the heating one time, the heat emitted from the unit an awful disgusting smell, my kids almost vomited, my suggestion don’t turn it on. The front desk staff when they answer the phone is like answering a call from the hood, not like the fancy hotel chain with courtesy and welcoming tone of voice but for my taste it’s ok I’m not bothered, I think they just need proper customer service way in answering phone call. The bed is good and sturdy love it, we requested additional pillows and they are happy to provided but the pillows fibers inside are curled and lumped thus it’s hard to laid your head or place it between legs, the good thing I can use about this pillow is for hugging since love pillow to hug. They charge you $100 dollars for incase you smoke in the room.

The bathroom faucet is very close to edge, it makes the counertop everytine wet.

Good comfy room, there is a microwave in the room. Room is clean. The breakfast is awesome. I very like it. Amazin shower head, very nice.
