The exterior of the hotel, the hallways, and elevators were very run down.

The room that we stayed in was completely renovated and lovely. The lobby and pool area were 3.5/5 stars in my opinion. We enjoyed the tiki bar and the prices were reasonable.

Some appliances didn't work in the room, only one chair on the balcony while all others had multiples, wasn't as clean as I had hoped.

Not enough kitchen wear, cups silverware, plates or cooking stuff. Didn’t have dishwasher pods to sanitize any of the dining stuff at all. Not enough toilet paper had to ask, no coffee filters in room.

Room wasn’t very clean, tiki bar was closed first part. Pool never opened . Had to get our room keys reloaded 1-2 times a day. I understand hurricane has caused some set backs but I also feel like should have been taken care of by now. At least lower the price if not going to have the pool open and the tiki bar shut down most of the time . Also rooms could have been cleaner, under beds were disgusting and the ice machine was filthy

The pool was out of commission, the vending machines were about empty, the parking lot I didn't like, and the hallways seem old and outdated and not real clean

The amenities in the room were.scarce. no toaster, no dish rack, no stopper for the kitchen sink, no dish rags or tea towels, no oven ware, no dish soap or broom or other cleaning products. We could have used more towels as well. The water was shut off for one of the 2 days without notice and the pool was not open

The hotel was OK. Very disappointed that the pool was closed especially because I checked a few times and was told they should have it open by the time our trip came around.

I guess the assumption is always that the pool is in working order. On the pictures it looked like paradise but when we got there the whole pool area was as under construction!

Plaster was falling off the ceiling in the bathroom landing in the floor and tub. We had no towels at all. The front desk could only provide 3 for us. No bath mat or washcloths. The bed was set up on the same wall as the TV so we had to sleep with our heads on the end of the bed and still only got a partial view of the TV. I requested a complimentary room or something but no go. Sad. Last time I stayed there it was immaculate
