Leak in ceiling. No desk chair. Night staff left me with the impression that we were not welcome. Did not inform us of the services they offered when we checked in. Had to ask for a receipt. Found out we were billed twice for one room. I'm still trying to get that resolved. I'm not at all pleased with this experience.

The accessible room was not accessible for me. I have little use of my legs but can transfer easily if things are fairly even. The bed was at least 3” above the arm rests on my wheelchair. I asked about another room and was told they were all the same. Also asked about a roll in they said they did not have any. And the sleeper sofa was the reverse problem. I ended up spending an uncomfortable night in my wheelchair. Not at all what I paid for. Would expect to be reimbursed for this.

Breakfast was mediocre, couch in rooms was old and stained, room didn’t come with bedding for pull out couch and had to wait 30 minutes before the front desk could find any. Gave us a handicap room and the shower leaked all over the bathroom floor.

The requirement for a cash deposit for incidentals is an inconvenience. If guests pay with a credit or debit card, why is cash necessary for a deposit? I didn’t have cash but was allowed to check in. I think it’s unnecessary to require cash. Is it because you can’t afford the fees? I was denied the additional night that I had prepaid because I didn’t pay a cash deposit. I wasn’t driving and to assume that I would pay an Uber driver or a cab to take me to and from a bank, spending $30 was ridiculous. I work in a building that’s across the parking lot and stayed there as a convenience while my new house was ready, which technically was today but I knew I was going to work late. Hence, the reason I booked another night. I was advised I would be refunded for unused room. I appreciated the gesture. As an executive leader of an organization that prides itself on providing great customer service, my experience with the manager was disappointing. I understand rules need to be followed but I have been a frequent and long term guest over the past year as I transitioned to the area. The statement advising the desk clerk to place me on a “banned guest list” was unnecessary. I advised the manager during check-in I had literally just been released from the hospital in Chicago and had spent most of my evening traveling. I stopped to check the progress of my new home and was tired upon my arrival to the hotel. I wasn’t released to return to work until today, the 6th. The manager seemed to be looking for an argument to ensue but that’s not my personality. It was obviously a power play. My organization will no longer use this hotel for corporate stays for guests or staff.

No clock or phone. Floor was not clean, was sticky. Fridge didn't cool well. No stopper for bathroom sink. Had to stuff a washcloth in it to hold water.

Breakfast was good. I especially liked the breakfast sausage. Large room with a couch and kitchenette.

Didn't like them taking copies of license and credit card. Heater was noisy, bed squeaked and had trouble with TV so lady said she would help us after she had a cigarette

A few hallways smelled like smoke and a hint of weed. It wasn’t egregious but was noticeable. The room was clean and smelt fine though.
