The room was a good size. There was 5 of us and it worked well.

The bathroom door hinge needed a little TLC because they were squeaking with every little movement. But what I really did not like comment dare I say it angered me wanted to be back is an angel was how the staff started doing room flex at 10:15 a.m. knocking on the door very obnoxiously and then walking in when we didn't answer.

I like that there were two separate living compartments in the one room, and that there's a bathtub. All four pillows were full sized! ❤️

Thermostat was hard to control

I had a bug come into the room. The bed was broke or came off the rail. The water in the shower didn't get hot enough

I like the spacious of the room. The location was great near plenty of places to eat didn't have to leave the area.

Toilet paper holder broken and appliances at breakfast blew breaker and couldnt get bottom floor because of my small dog. Makes no sense a dog has to travel thru more of the hotel especially navigating elvators with them. 1st floor should not be carpeted just for that reason and there was no designated dog walking place for a dog friendly hotel. Luckily I only had my small dog with me.

Too far from all the major restaurants and stores, too many people smoking weed, temperature in the room was regulated by the desk so it never truly got cool

the pool was under construction and a broken drawer in the room are almost injured me. staff should have reported so it would of been fixed. the sheets had stains so I used my traveling blankets.

The remotes didn’t work at all. When we called the front desk it was stated there was nothing that can be done. We couldn’t watch any Television at all. We also found a dirty towel hanging in the bathroom.

You can't use the kitchen. The property doesn't supply plates, cups, or cutlery. As well as pots or pans. They say that you can use the paper plates and plastic cutlery from the breakfast nook.

Heather was amazing. She's a true professional and knows how to do her job professionally, politely, and efficiently. You can tell she likes her job.

the breakfast was definitely not to par. The chicken patty didn’t feel or look done. The juice machine tasted funny and I told the guy but he just tasted it and left it instead of fixing it. I just ended up eating only a banana

When I arrived to check in it was about 1am and the front desk guy was super rude to me. He told me they were going to cancel my rooms because it’ll he thought it was a duplicate and I asked for the rooms to be close to each other and wasn’t. We weren’t even on the same floor. The front desk guy was Very sarcastic and just plain rude. When walking down the hallway it smelled like cigarette smoke and weed that night. The next morning same thing. My children has asthma and I booked 2 rooms non smoking. The environment just wasn’t friendly nor comforting.

It was someplace to sleep.

The cleaning service was subpar. They didn't make the bed. I informed the service desk.The next day bed still wasn't made and trash was not emptied.
