Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Very unsafe area. Rooms were really out dated snd the beds were the worst we've had in a long time..

It smelled like smoke. Couldn't make coffee. Someone used the part where you put the coffee as an Ash tray. No iron

it’s not renovated and it looks like a lot of junkies live there. the surrounding area everything was closed and boarded up. there was a shooting close by while we were on the balcony. this wasn’t the safest neighborhood.
that’s it was near where I had to be and reasonable prices I also like the fact that there was a balcony

The room was very musty/moldy smelling. Needs some TLC and needs cleaned around the edges of the unit. The table needs replaced as it's broken

The actual hotel looked nothing like the pictures on the internet. Well, the front building looked as advertised. The rest of the building looked old and dated. My wife wanted to stay someplace else when we pulled on the parking lot. I as well as another guest that I spoke was disappointed in the appearance of the facility. I did not like the room we were in. It was the best priced hotel in the area so if you are looking for affordability this would be the place.
THE CHECKING IN AND OUT PROCESS WENT WELL. The desk clerk seemed knowledgeable about the area in what it had to offer. It was semi convenient to my place of interest.

Primarily, this place needs updating. Plus it is in a bad section of town hence drawing questionable clientele. If you are not from this area DON'T BE FOOLED BY THE NICE PICS. I am telling you that you can't clean grime and age. Beds were clean, sheets were fresh but that's about it.

1st room was super stink, black gnats and no mirror. 2nd ‘‘em not as stinky but no remote. All office several times no answer went back to the 1st rm to get the remote. Just not a good stay!!☹️

Approaching the property, the grass was so high at the main entrance that I thought it was abandoned. The room had a strange odor. The lampshades had stains on them and there was chipping paint in many areas of the wall. Spots in the carpet were cut out and the tub had red spots in the bottom that didn't come out when soap and water were applied.

Facility needs updated. Outside looking like it is falling apart, room had duct tape holding part of carpet down. Breakfast consisted of mini muffin, mini Danish, or. Pack of 5 mini powder donuts. No drink or anything else. Feather pillows, wife is allergic.

Issues with our door lock and the door frame looked as if the door had actually kicked in at one point. Overall, it felt a bit unsafe as the door was hard to lock properly.
The room was clean and smelled fresh. The hotel is in a horrible area and I think they are doing the best they can with knowing this, My husband and I absolutely loved the mattress!

I had requested a king bed.when I arrived and when in the room there was trash on the floor and the bed hadn't been made..I went to the office and told the lady she seemed surprised and offered another room with 2 double beds..went in the room it was better..then found out there was no toilet tissue in the bathroom and no face towels..I got the tissue but didn't bother about the face towels..besides that it was ok if you enjoy the smell of weed!!.. Glad it was only for one night..Everything else was pleasant!!!
It was secluded and not noisy..I didn't particularly like they allow dogs to stay there but thankfully I dont think my room previously had animals in it.Nothing against dogs..Just don't wanna sleep in a room that previously had dogs!!
