I didn’t like the fact that I already paid for my reservation two months before we stayed there and then the day of our stay they charge me for the room again and I’m still fighting to get my money back

The property was perfectly fine. It was nice. It was clean the lady checking that the front desk seemed a little clueless, but I bet it was fine. She figured it out.

Room next to us was very loud from 1am - 3am. Breakfast was very lame. I've had much better at Hampton Inn for about the same price. We tried something new for the one night stay.

Room had a mini kitchen that was nice but we didn't use it. It was a 1 night stay and was just OK. We booked based on PRICE!

The Staff were rude and the room was not as clean as it could of been, no soap in the shower and they did not replace it and the ice bucket in the room was filthy i had to use the plastic wrap cups to get ice.

The location was perfect it was around a lot of stores and restaurants.

The staff at night warned us when we returned from th econcert that we had gone to that night that the breakfast in the morning would questionable as to how much or what would be served as the manager was not sure IF the morning staff would be there to make the breakfast area ready and stocked. When we got up the next morning we found the LACK of anything of abundance available. There was two little league baseball teams and parents at that hotel and everyone was waiting on the one waffle maker..... everything else was cereal or pastries. Very disappointing. We walked across the street to McDonalds and BOUGHT our breakfast and walked back and ate in the room.

When I pointed out to the staff that I had booked a double bed room and they had put me in a single bed room they was quick to change their error and get me in the proper room.

The room smelled awful like really bad, really the whole building smelled terrible. The coffee pot didn't work, the cords was missing to the DVD player, the pool was nice but it was smooth tile all around it. I've never seen so many people slip and fall. It scared me to death. I have 2 year old twins and they fell so much. I was so afraid they was going to really get hurt. I had to put towels by the steps where they was getting in and out so they wouldnt keep falling. It was terrible and very unsafe.

The size of the room was nice. It was quiet. For the most part staff was very nice.

The hotel was not cleaned very well. The room looked like it wasn’t swept. The pull out bed you definitely could tell they didn’t clean that we found food, toys and the remote in the bed.

It was close to our school we were playing at. Had food places near by.

The room was filthy. The countertops, tub, and dishes/silverware were all dirty. There was crud on the doorways and light switches. Pretty ridiculous to have to run to a nearby Target and get cleaner and disinfectant wipes to clean your own room at nearly $150 a night. I inquired about a new room, also to get away from the lingering pot smell on the floor, but the hotel was apparently overbooked as it was. Additionally, there wasn’t a door on the bedroom. Most one bedroom suites have that separation. Makes a big difference when traveling with kids.

We enjoyed the proximity to our points of interest. The property was minutes from downtown and the breweries and parks we wanted to see. It was also about 20 minutes from the zoo.

My 2 rooms were on different sides of the building and I had requested connecting. But the worst was the people next door. There was some yelling in the hall that didn't quiet down until almost midnight. The next morning they went in and out several times but didn't take their keys so continued knocking to gain entry.

The location was great! Close to the Expressway and restaurants.

It smelt like roach spray in the hall ways, only one person at the door when done for a new key had to wait for an hour cause only one person checking people in.

Breakfast was adequate, but a huge let-down compared to previous years.

The room had plenty of usable space, and the kitchenette was very good. Everything else was as expected, except breakfast.

Many of the lights in our room needed to be replaced, even after multiple sign in attempts the WiFi would not connect properly, the pool (while nice) was in need of a cleaning -we went later in the evening so it may just have been our timing- free “hot” breakfast was simply a bagel and a granola bar and only 1 out of 4 toasters worked. Both the snack and soda vending machines were out of order and there was very little selection in the “market”

The front desk man was kinda rude and when we got in the room most of the dishes were already dirty. So instead of giving a new room he gave us dishwasher soap.

There were people sleeping in cars in the parking lot everyday. The couches were very dirty. The kitchens had very little for dishware and silverware. Dogs were loud but friendly. The building is just old and smells like it.

The service staff was second to none! Shout out to Lauryn and Jan 😁!!!. The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms were clean. We enjoyed the pool and the easy access to Columbus

My shower curtain was ripped , hanging on by a couple of loops...and the shower is not made for very tall people. There was no blankets/sheets or pillows for the pull out bed, but the front desk helped me with that except for pillows, but that was fine.

The size of the room was awesome , also being able to use the pool was nice too. The breakfast was grab and go, but that’s better than nothing. The location was nice, near a lot of shopping and restaurants.

We booked a suite with a kitchenette to save money on eating out. The room had no cooking pans or untensils. 3 plates, 2 coffe cups( 1 was still dirty) and 2 bowls. So we ended up spending money to eat out or get delivery because we had no way to prepare meals. The floor in the kitchen under the dishwasher had dirt and food still on it. The couch is very dirty and worn looking. Didnt even want to sit on it. The elevator button on the first floor was not working properly and you had to push it very hard severl times to get it to work.

The staff was very friendly. The bed was comfy also.

The pool was closed and has been for over a year and that was a bummer. All chairs had been taken out of the common area in lobby and only a sack breakfast was provided. Pullout mattress was literally falling a part and was just springs.

Convenient location and ample space in rooms. We have stayed here before and the pool and common area are very nice.
