WiFi was down and didn’t seem to get repaired

The breakfast was decent when I came to eat they were out of gravy for the biscuits but there was also 30 mins before the shut time..no complaints food was good

Room cleanliness was lacking in several ways. Window sills were filthy in the room with black gunk. Bathroom floor was not cleaned well.

The stove in our room was dirty. remote for tv did not work. Had to reprogam our key 3 times in two days. knob was gone off air/ heat. furniture is stained chair, couch and throw pillows.

We arrived for breakfast at 8:30 and there were very few eggs left to eat. No one around to even ask any questions. The only thing in the fridge was milk, not sure if there had been anything else in it like yogurt. Not impressed

The carpet in the room had some very bad stains and the curtains were loose and stained as well. The room could use a good makeover as some of the furniture was old and needing to be repaired or changed for some new things.

The lady that took care of the breakfast area was very friendly and worked hard. The bed was very comfortable.

The only bad thing I have to say about the property is the Wi-Fi. It’s spotty at best and sometimes I can barely stream Netflix. I’ve been staying here every week for the last month and it’s been the same from the beginning.

Great location, the room is huge and very accommodating.

Curtains where very dirty and falling off rod. I had to ask clerk for something to pin them up so you couldn't see in room. I had to clean the bathroom before we used it.

Bed was clean and comfortable. Staff was pleasant.

Update the bedding (cover at the foot of the bed was very worn) and sanitize the remote control for the tv.

The room was very comfortable but we did notice stains on the furniture (sofa). The staff was wonderful and very friendly.

The cleanliness wasn’t there. Hair in the microwave. Table tops, fridge top, counters weren’t all that clean. Dishes in the cupboard weren’t clean. Asked for a real coffee mug as there weren’t any in my kitchenette. Never received it. Full size fridge made a lot of noise as did the heater. Walls were pretty thin. I could hear a lot outside my room. Bathroom logistics were weird. Door didn’t open back to the tub because the shower curtain bar was hitting the back of the door. You’d have walk in, squeeze past the toilet to be able to shut the door behind you. Shower curtain bar was hung on an angle so that the shower curtain wouldn’t stay properly closed so the floor soaked easily. Staff wasn’t all that welcoming when coming and going.

The size of the room was great! Bed was comfy!

At check in the front desk person was in a rush I could say. She didn't even give me time to tell her how I was planning on paying for my stay and she just charged the card that use just for the reservation. This was not the correct way to do things you always ask how someone Is going to pay for there stay instead of just charging whatever card is on file.

There were two things that kind of got in the way of my husband and I truly enjoying our stay there. The first was the key card.. we had to go downstairs at least 3-5 times from the moment we got checked in to get the key fixed. Finally, on Sunday, the representative gave us new keys. I wish the other rep would've just done that. Another thing.. the room temperature.. we had the unit turned up on high cool and it was still hot in the room.. it wasn't very uncomfortable, but it was still a bit stuffy.

We loved the room! The room came with a full refrigerator, dishwasher, stove top, microwave, sink and DISHES!! The breakfast was great, the hotel staff was friendly and the location was in the best spot!! I would definitely stay again!
