No complaints! Only good things to say!

Check in and check out were smooth. Staff was friendly and informed. Liked the room very much. Kitchen had a full refrigerator and a two burner electric stove and microwave. Plenty of counter space and a place to eat or work. Color scheme was pretty. Bathroom was immaculately cleaned. A/C kept us comfortable all night. We go for football and will definitely book here next season!

The building signs, confusing listing two different hotels back to back. The electric went out during stay and staff could not provide directions out of the building. Exterior sign lights were not on after dark one evening, so the parking lot entrance was difficult to see

Having a full kitchen and sitting area in the room was a complete surprise. The decor was tasteful and thoughtful. The bathroom was roomy and bright.

We had plans to go out the night we booked and requested iron. We were informed one would not be available until the following morning. Several light bulbs needed to be replaced in our room.

Nothing I didn’t like about the room, customer service, nor location.

Breakfast and location is perfect I will most definitely be a repeat customer. I must give a shout out to the young man who checked me in. He was very polite and helpful. I even spoke with him prior to arriving for directions. He was a great help, sorry I didn’t get his name.

The bed. And the use of aerosolized fragrances in the Lobby in the evening. Very inconsiderate.

I booked a room with a bed. The bed was awful and sagged like a bucket. And it was a handicap room. Other than that, the place is immaculate with a great housekeeping crew. All of the good aspects are overridden by the most important item, the bed.

April 5th made reservations for a room with 2 queen size beds and when we got there. The room they gave us didn't have 2 queen size beds and when we went to ask them about the beds, they told us there wasn't any roooms available with 2 queen size beds. So we had to settle for the room that they gave us with 1 queen and 1 pull out bed. This room also didn't have a light in the closet, no light over the tub area and one light over the bar area was out. When they came in to clean the room, they only changed the one queen size bed and didn't change the sheets for the pull out bed we had to settle for. Didn't leave any more decaf coffee are clean up the coffee pot that was used. We have never been treated this poorly by any other hotel chain in our lives. Needless to say this will be our last time staying at The Hawthorne Hotel chain😡👎

The room was not clean. It smelled like dust. The shower curtain had some hair as if someone had shaved and the small hairs were not cleaned out. The kitchenette counter had a big coffee ring and the floor had some food particles.

The hotel is beautiful, very nice location. I liked the breakfast and lobby area. Our room was bigger and better than what we expected. The girls at the front desk were really nice.

no housecleaning for days. Only one person at night. 15min wait to talk to front desk at night The alarm clock wouldnt turn off and couldnt take it out of wall. No help in this awful loud situation.
