We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United States of AmericaAt check in we were originally assigned a room with 1 queen bed and a sleeper sofa when I had requested 2 queen beds. This was promptly corrected by Ashleigh and our stay was flawless after that.
The staff went out. Of their way to make us feel welcomed. Brent & Robyn always wanted to play with our pups and just made us feel at home I will return. Hopefully often.

Great location, very friendly staff, great price. The rooms were perfect for longer-term stays, with even dishwasher and dishes provided. Beds were comfortable and breakfast was great.

Just a guest that is not right to do that to someone's vehicle. I did not complain inside since it was not the staffs fault . Wish they put cameras outside maybe to the parking lots .....
Breakfast was great and fresh ! Everything was clean and stocked. Staff was awesome! I think it was a great deal for the money !! Loved the mini kitchen that we had , even plates and cups and a dishwasher!! Never had that and really enjoyed the full size coffee maker !! Loved it !!
