The sofa had unsightly stains that discouraged us from sitting on it. The bathroom lighting was too dim. There was no full length mirror in the room.

The breakfast was good. The breakfast room was pleasant and clean. The 24hour coffee accommodation was very good!! The staff were kind and friendly.

Traffic was noisy. Thru the week no help in the breakfast room. Need more light in the room. We could hardly see. Outside was gray sky so opening the curtains didn’t help.

Front desk and kitchen staff were great and friendly. The hotel was clean and rooms were very nice. Breakfast was continental style but had good choices including biscuits with gravy and pancakes.

Wouldn’t accept my debit card upon arrival. Very embarrassing. No idea what happened (I did have money to cover it). They did not assist. New desk person just acted annoyed. I used that same card at an atm and then paid with cash. They were very unprofessional. The road sounds were loud, driveway was weird. Sketchy people in parking lot.

- Carpets have not been cleaned in a long time. - Room darkening curtains don't really darken entirely. About what you'd expect from a hotel of this level. But these days maybe not. Need an upgrade. - Whole town smells like cow dung. But that's not the property's fault. Part of the Lancaster, PA experience. Haha!

- Breakfast. The pancake maker is everything every other review is saying it is. We abused it. Plus, Chobani yogurt. And other good stuff. They did not cheap out. - Our King suite had couches + center table. We could use that space like a mini living room. - Has a small dining table in one corner. Very useful with a toddler in tow. Never enough flat spaces.

Usually the check-in is seamless. Never, ever had a problem. This is possibly my fifth or sixth time at this location. However there is always a first. Jeremiah, the front desk person decided to be brusque and truculent .He would further begin to speak to me in a slower measured tone. Why? This is unacceptable. I was shocked.

Breakfast was ok. Of course it was much better prior to the COVID. I was able to get oatmeal & yogurt so that was good.

The couches and chairs in both rooms need cleaning. It was a nice room but the furniture could be cleaner. The breakfast was the worse I’ve had in a suite hotel. There were very little selections.

The breakfast was not for everyone. Pancakes Boiled eggs. Toast a coffee or just tea plain cereal this everything bland. This is more of a senior citizen type of menu. Which was basically the majority of who was studying g there.
