Several items were not satisfactory. Telephone did not work, not enough towels for the shower and there was no bath mat for the shower. But these problems were promptly addressed and corrected. We do recommend that a safety rail should be installed for the shower.

Breakfast was excellent. Good quality and a variety of choices.

Accommodated perfect for my mom's difficulty with tubs the bathroom was exceptional in size with walk-in shower with seat and on the first floor. Front desk Staff was very help at our check in. And as we learned as we get Mom settled I had to use the restroom but with one twist and pull the knob to the restroom was now in my hand. 💡I noticed the cleaning crew still had their laundry door open and I immediately was met with maintenance who replaced the knob, but noticed there was probably too many paint layers as the door would rub. So other then that I'm glad the hot tub was working and warm my boys loved it.

Noisy room near the elevator and soda machine. Noisy bathroom fan and bath/shower fixtures need replacing.

The first night in the hotel there was a big cockroach walking across the bed and the bathroom had ants

I wasn't able to connect to the WI-FI. Also we stayed for 4 days and right when I checked in I informed them of the tv remote not working. They never came so we had to manually turn on off the TV use the cable box to change channels etc. Not really a deal breaker but I wasn't pleased with the we will get someone there and it never happened.

The location is amazing. There is shopping, food and transportation near by a bus stops right in front of the hotel. The staff was VERY friendly. The room was clean and smelled great. The breakfast was good except the pork links don't eat those other than that great breakfast options.

My only complaint is the water pressure in the shower. So low that some of the showerhead settings didn't even work. Just dribbled out.

The price for the Bay area, at the last minute, was exceptional. Quiet. Security patrol in the parking lot. Very comfortable bed. Good hot breakfast with everything from cereal to waffle bar. Next time I need to stay in the east bay definitely coming back here.

My room had loose carpet in places. The window shade had only one side and barely covered the window. There were out-of-order vending machines on the first floor.

There’s an abandoned golf course nearby which is excellent place to walk. The breakfast is great. The room was quiet and comfortable. There is a Target nearby. There is a selection microwaveable food in front. It has an exercise room and a pool. The place was clean.

They did not make our room. They told us I should requested at the lobby. This was not clear during reservation. Any way I stayed only 2 nights and our sheets were clean. They just replaced our towels after I claimed.
