Not much negative but if anything, the nightclub across the channel can be loud at night but that's to be expected.

Mike at the front desk was helpful and nice. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were perfect for our use.

There were a group having drinks outside at the hotel which was just under our room and they were loud till the early hours. Having a bar outside the at the hotel is not so great for the guests in their rooms. Also, the fan in the bathroom is really loud and you can only turn it off if you turn the light off.

Great view overlooking the water and the bridge. Also liked having a balcony and it was a good sized room.

Rm 103 was reviewed as being very noisy.I asked about it during checkin and was told that wasn’t true presently bc the outdoor bar was closed until April.Not so.It was extremely noisy & below the balcony is a smoking area so smoke waffed up into my balcony.

Rm 103 had a wonderful view.Very spacious & good amenities.

The water went cold several times during my shower

Great location right on the water. My husband loved it. It was our anniversary and there was wine and rose petals on the bed when we arrived. Very thoughtful

We did not like the window between the shower stall and the hotel room. We were traveling with my son and DIL and it was very uncomfortable showering when they could see in the shower. Also, the shower door leaked horribly, it soaked through two towels on the floor.

The room size was great, perfect for traveling with 4 adults. It was spotless, with a great view of the London Bridge. We will definitely stay there again.

We like the uniqueness of this property. Boutique style. The lobby is a bar. Pet friendly. Easy walk to shops and restaurants. It is right next to the London bridge.

The place was filthy, huge stains on the sofa, carpets in elevator dirty. old, smelly, (same in the stairwells) bed mattress was lumpy, bumpy.

No shelves in fridge making it hard to use. The shower side edges could use a deep clean. The bed is one that you sink in and it makes a rut. For those with back issues or stomach sleepers needing it more firm, this is not your bed.

Loved the views, large deck, large room and appreciated the high quality Shampoo and conditioner. It was the first time ever I didn't use my own brought from home. This Malin + Goetz shampoo and conditioner was so high end that I bought it on Amazon after leaving. This shows how much the hotel wants to please guests. The Heat Hotel recommended a jet ski company operating from the boat slips in front of the hotel. We received a 10% discount being a guest at the Heat Hotel. They do boat rentals as well. Super convenient being in front of the hotel. There is a little area to get in the river via steps on the dock. We didn't notice them until we were leaving. This is a great unique place to stay for a balcony, walking ease, Easy water craft rentals and boat/people watching at the London Bridge.

We rented 2 rooms, one was very nice but the other one seemed outdated with worn carpeting & drab tile. The elevator is also looking run down with dirty floor that is peeling up from the edges. There is also no pool/jacuzzi or breakfast available at the hotel.

The view of the bridge from the balcony was incredible.
