Nothing to dislike. My husband had never stayed in a B&B before, and he was extremely pleased with the experience.

The hosts - Dave and Mariah - were very welcoming and down to earth and friendly. Breakfast was fabulous! The location was great - easy to get to and from. The accomodations are extremely comfortable and clean. We will certainly recommend Henson Cove Place to our friends.

Some of the devices (lights and stove) either needed corrections or instructions on how to use. We were not able to have an outdoor fire in the evening. Additional info should be provided clarifying that the breakfast is extra if staying in this part of the property. I suggest that the exterior be blown with a leaf blower prior to guests arriving (it would help with first impressions). I asked what type of coffee maker they had, so I could plan accordingly. I asked specifically about Keurig. They said they had all options. They did not. I would have brought my own regular coffee if they had just said so (a little frustrating for a coffee lover).

In general it was nice. The interior was generally comfortable. But would be tight for more than 3 people.

It was secluded and quiet. Away from city noise and traffic. Just what we were looking for. Hosts were friendly. Room was clean, comfortable and cozy. Breakfasts were delicious!!

Dark/hard to navigate at night to know where you're going so more lighting or signage that is lit up would be nice.

Very clean, loved the attention to detail for the breakfast, extremely welcoming hosts once you get there, the Roku TV was appreciated, local recommendations, beautiful cabin aesthetic and very comfortable stay.

If you are looking for a modern facility, this is not it. Very Farm house-comfy. It was cozy and eclectic. The bed was a bit firm for my old lady hips.

The Hosts were generous with great advice for food & activities in the area. We were appreciative of their advice. Add to that, the breakfasts were absolutely delicious. It would have been worth it to drive over there just for the yummy breakfast. Equal to or better than a restaurant brunch. We enjoyed the casual atmosphere. The host provided a QR code to introduce you to the facilities and the area. Really Cool. Also fast wi-fi for our use. The home is just as pictured on the website.

Nothing major I can think of :) It's even easy to get to from town, which is very good.

It was more roomy than it looked in the pictures! Cute furnishings, well appointed kitchen, nice outdoor area. You can watch your streaming services on the living room tv. Has a bathroom on upper and lower level. The host was super nice and accomodating as well.

Dave and Mariah were such phenomenal hosts from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. My girlfriend and I decided to extend our day trip and spend the night with a last minute booking. Dave helped me find a good place to go cast a line out and catch some bass and Mariah cooked the most wonderful breakfast for us in the morning. The house is gorgeous, the room looked ready for the queen of England herself. We will definitely be back!!

Everything was great. We were running late because of traffic and unforeseen obstacles but they were so great/kind and left the light/heater on for us with a set of helpful instructions

The furniture in the cabin was a little uncomfortable.

Breakfast was amazing, beautifully presented, and tasty. The kitchen and dining room were both cute & elegant, and warm & cozy.

This is not a dislike. Due to personal incapabilities, could not tour the yard ornaments.

Walking into the aroma of fresh coffee brewing, one that was flavored was appreciated. Lovely vista of country side and watching the progression of changing leaf color was surprising. Accommodations with TV suited us just fine. Unintentionally left a jacket on the front porch which was returned to us immediately!! Great parking spot, right at the door!

The property was lovely. Off the beaten path and very peaceful. Mariah and Dave were perfect hosts, and the breakfasts were 5⭐️. We are already looking forward to a return visit to Hiawassee and Henson Cove Place!!

my daughter loved it being out in boonies but I would not have wanted to been by myself there. very quiet if you are looking for a very nice secluded place you would love it
