Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The check in person wasn’t friendly at all, it looks she got upset when I informed her that I a little dog with us and she mentioned that I didn’t book a pet room and was able to give us a pet friendly room but the room wasn’t clean but good thing is that we only stayed there for one night so it was ok on my part.
Breakfast was amazing and the location was great as well. Thanks

The person who checked me out did not bother to come up to the desk he just sat in the back and said nothing so I put my keys down and left. Of course the noise upstairs was horrible all night.
It was comfortable and nice but the noice on our floor was ridiculous it wasn't even our floor it was the people directly above us.

More firmer bed. Too soft..
Just had coffee. Don't eat breakfast, but looked good. Unusually quiet in room for a hotel near the freeway.. Bed was too soft and had to sleep on for for past back issues with soft beds..

There was no full size mirror, broken heater/fan, and no fan in the bathroom. The room had an unpleasant odor, and the bed was not comfortable....the mattress was very hard!!!.

The property didn’t feel clean and sterile as it should be. The room felt muggy and moisted which ended up getting me sick and I would get more sick everyday I would be there. With a stuffy nose, sore throat.

The staff was Rude! The night clerk was asleep in a chair and was grumpy when they were awoken. The cleaning staff was rude when I knocked over a wet floor sign and I apologized and got a mean glare back. The entrance had dog and bird droppings everywhere
It was clean and great location to the freeway.

Elevator was broke. Carpet in hallways and stairwells was absolutely disgusting.

Breakfast should not be the same every day

Sink in my room was cracked, no instructions regarding the air/heat were provided (at least, that I found) but it was fairly user-friendly

The people speaking very loudly outside the door at 11pm, the phone inside the room has this annoying blinking light that doesn’t turn off and there is a huge gap under the door that lets in all of the light from the hallway.

Too many truckers and construction workers lounging around, especiallly between 6-7 am in the breakfast area. Also that there is no daily housekeeping and we needed to go to front desk to get clean towels

Beds were uncomfortable. The room has musky smell and Old décor. We had a broken lamp in our room. They did come and exchange it for a different one.

The king size bed was old and uncomfortable. Not as pictures on booking. Carpet seems old, so I had my sandals on cause I felt my feet would get really dirty from walking barefoot on it. Walls was pretty thin. You can hear people walk by and hear their conversations. Overall, outdated hotel. Shower pressure was super weak. Toilet paper holder was not conveniently close to toilet for some reason. Elevator was slow.
Breakfast was amazing!!! Really nice staff. Greeted me with a smile.

As noted, staff was great. Some of the other guests were noisy (and somewhat questionable), arguing which woke us up earlier than expected. Other that that, it was ok.
Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was ok. We were a travel team and we needed a central location at a super affordable rate.
