United States of AmericaThe feeling of being robbed and mistreated was great disappointment! it rained on me, from the roof leaking.so they moved me to another room which reaked of urine. there was prostitution going on, and she treated the african/ black male staff horribly it was just a terrible stay, and I would not recommend this hotel motel. I would never stay there again if I could help it.. 0 stars0!
The staff was inconsiderate, and I felt robbed when they wouldn't even look at my confirmation on initial check-in. From booking.com, i had to have them call. I was told the card did not go through, then i was asked to pay more when I asked for a key to get back in the ròom yesterday, still had another day booked already. So i left a day early, i was told I'd get a 30+ refund sense they wouldn't honor my reservation without another 50 dollars. They owe me 91 dollars for the whole night, not $ 32 refund. Never again.

United States of AmericaReally my only complaint would be that the Jacuzzi was green and not kept up well and there wasn't really any towels at the pool area. I don't have any negativity to report. This property was really good compared to the last hotel I stayed at
Staff was very nice and helpful, the location was close to a lot of food and gas stations. The rooms were clean and the housekeepers did a good job.

Also, the remote control for the TV did not work properly. I had the maintenance come twice to check it out. It still never really worked, so I was not able to watch.

United States of AmericaThe price could have been a little bit cheaper people these days with all the homelessness out there don't have a lot of money I feel that they could charge like $55/$60 a night instead of $73 & up... but everyone trying to make a buck for the prices they charge they should at least fix the fixtures in the tub & sink area they a little used & old
I like that it was pretty quite around the place manager & staff were very friendly polite & that I could do a load of laundry while here although the washing machine I used only ran 10 mins & was through when infact the person also doing laundry started when I did & washed over 25 mins. The dryers worked really well nice & warm/hot

They serve no breakfast. They have no microwaves in the bedroom. You got to ask for an upgrade then you can have the refrigerator a coffee pot a blow dryer. Staff is very friendly. Someone overflowed to bathtub up from stairs above us and it came into our bathroom but they're very considerate put us in a bigger room right away.
