Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Getting out of the parking lot onto Centerville Road could be a challenge during busy times of the day.
Facility is in a convenient location. Hotel is clean with very friendly and helpful staff. Loxley's Restaurant has good food at a good price. The breakfast buffet is a very good deal if you are staying at the hotel.

It was a bit crowded & loud at times . We couldn’t enjoy the pool due to the 50 kids there .
I loved the outdoor spaces. Koi fish pond was lovely. Deck built around a tree was pretty cool. Staff was extremely friendly!

Dog that was inside a hotel room, was barking late at night. Woke us up several times.
Beds are extremely comfortable. The location was right off the highway with many amenities surrounding. Extremely clean!

The first night I was there, kids (teens?) were running up and down the hallway for quite some time.
Very clean. Lots of construction in the area that was challenging at times but not the fault of the hotel.

First time we stayed at a pet friendly hotel. And there was a dog barking from 8pm to close to midnight non stop. I had to call front desk. The room is the smallest we have stayed, single sink vanity.
Location is good, easy access.

It was a little outdated and worn out, it looked like there was some slight water damage in one corner of our ceiling. But they seemed to be working to improve the hotel, it’s just an older building.
The staff was pleasant, everything was clean, and the attached restaurant/bar was very convenient with good food. Breakfast isn’t included but I believe they serve breakfast in the restaurant, and there’s also a Dunkin very close by.

The layout was tricky. The check in desk was on the second floor. Making a left turn into the parking lot is harrowing. The room was a little too small.
The toilet had a powerful flush. The shower head was also powerful.

We dined at the restaurant there. in my opinion food was overpriced. We had not finished appetizers when entrees were presented. Entrees were warm not HOT. next time maybe order a burger instead. Our server was very pleasant and accommodating….

Food quality was bad and on top of that they charge me a 3% surcharge using my Credit card to pay for an expensive meal for 10. During our stay we went to other restaurants for all of our meals.

The second morning it was obvious they had not refreshed the carfe of coffe and it was lukewarm. The third morning, the same coffee was still there, and I had to ask to have it replaced. The bed was too soft and my back was unhappy.
The first morning, the complimentary coffee was good, and hot.

Restaurant and the quality of the food served. Also they charged 3% extra for using my credit card to pay for dinner for 10. We ate there once and went to other restaurants to eat during our 4 day stay there.

The mattress is way past needing replaced. At the very least, add a mattress topper. Mattress is sunken extremely bad.

No place to hang your towel in the bathroom so it must be left on the sink or on the floor. The room was a little dark.
The room and bathroom were good, clean and comfortable. Very quiet room. The price we paid was cheap compared to other options in the area. Breakfast had a good choice of foods. The restaurant in the hotel is good and reasonably priced.
