Lots of unsavory characters, kicking the door to get someone to let them in late at night, fights and arguments going on in the alley…Good clean rooms but the neighborhood leaves a lot to be desired. I traveled alone and needless to say when I was there I locked the door to the room bc it was scary. There was feminine products on the ground as well .. like I said the room was good everything else was very iffy

Dirty, the chair and ottoman were completely filthy, the bathtub is covered in cigarette burns, there is an exposed electrical outlet that is in contact with the head of the mattress on the bed no chairs, homeless people every time you step out of the door.

No where to store coats, no bedside lamps temperature was set to damn low approximately at68° inside it was 10°Outside the bath linen to old needs replacing no wash cloth were left in room after cleaning .

The bathroom door wouldn't shut, it was very obvious that the door was hung wrong, upside down maybe even. It's important the bathroom door shuts! The sink faucet sprayed water every where. The plugs were sunk into the wall making it very hard to plug up anything to charge. Air conditioner needed cleaning majorly. They just need to go room to room and literally assess every small detail. None of these are expensive fixes.

I liked the location, right by places to eat and shop. Is only a short distance from many popular areas. Multiple public transit options within walking distance.

.The front desk person was very rude The A/C didn't work properly Their were flying bugs in my room on the 2nd floor which I asked for bottom floor since I was recently out of hospital & stairs were hard on me. There were clearly 3 or more rooms available

The neighbors were a bit loud and had heavy traffic at their door all through the night.

The best about this place is the location, you can easily get to shopping areas and restaurants. Public transit is right across the street, close to the hospital in case of emergency, easily access the highway. Park and library not too far from the hotel as well.

Staff is always bossy and controlling. Giving rules as to when you are allowed company or even flat out telling you that you can't have any company at all for whatever reason. Heard them telling someone they will come randomly check their room and if their was more than the 2people checking in in the room then they were getting kicked out with no refund no matter what. One of the couples they told that said they had never stayed there before to have ever been a problem in the past so they couldn't have been telling them that as a result of them having too much traffic, too many personal visits, more people staying than paid for etc. So it makes no sense to threaten the people paying you to stay in your facility, thus the people paying to support the business and the bills it aquires. They told me my reservation was not found and I did have the confirmation and I did show them the reservation on my app. The complete reservation, showing the date, check in and check out times. Amount paid. Room chosen. Guests. Details and all. I mean complete details which should have left it a no questions asked done deal regarding they found it in their system or not but they insisted they had to charge me their rate instead of the rate I had gotten on the online site. So I was charged at the window and that charge was more than the site had given by a good bit considering the trouble they gave me for nothing at all to do with any fault I did or had control over. The rate the app gave me INCLUDING tax was the starting rate at the window BEFORE tax. So basically they took my app rate and added all the taxes again costing me roughly 12 to 13more for a room that I was checking into just before midnight and that's not even mentioning that before I booked the room I had called the hotel to check their availability and their rate at the window to know if I should prebook online.
