It is more pricier than before. I understand that but they seem more interested in profit than they were before. They were more customer oriented. Manager rude and disrespectful.

I always feel safe when I go there. Everything you need for rest, relaxation and refreshment is there.

Book directly on their website. I booked thru booking.com with a pool view and lake view, but i got the one with construction view and no phone! I was just so exhausted that day to complain. The Inn is under renovation/construction until May.

The service was excellent, very responsive staff and very good buffet breakfast.. I’ll definitely stay here again.

The beds in the farmhouse were a little too soft for us. Also the farmhouse rooms were a little tight .

There is major construction happening and travelers should be aware. The first room we were given did not match up with the Booking.com description. The room had a fence view and there was an excavator actively working 4 feet from our door.

Staff was helpful. Rooms were clean. Walking distance to Sight and Sound Theater. Breakfast buffet provided as well as made to order omelets, French toast and Belgian waffles, coffee and juice with friendly servers . We were moved to a different room with a view of the lake and pool when problems were communicated to staff.

I walk with a cane and our room was on the back side of one of the buildings. I had to walk over uneven concrete to get to the door. I called ahead and asked for a room with an easy entrance.

I love that despite the fire, you made breakfast available.

Our room was directly across from the construction site; our window was facing the construction workers. As a result, it was very noisy outside our window. The following day, the crew started working at 7:00 a.m next to our window.

First and foremost, we went to see Sight and Sound for our Wedding Anniversary and it was only a ten minute walk. The location was perfect! Despite the devastating fire, we still received a hot breakfast. It was very good! Lastly, the staff were helpful and the room was clean.

The staff is beyond exceptional. Whatever your needs may be they make a sincere effort to meet them. Though they are in the process of rebuilding they bend over backwards to accommodate you.

Staff was excellent. Megan at the front desk was courteous and accommodating with check in and check out, and answering questions.The room was clean and very comfortable at the Carriage House. Breakfast was hot, and plentiful. Service was very good. It was nice to talk with the staff who had been with the Inn for a number of years and worked in the Restaurant that is now being rebuilt after the fire. The grounds around the Inn were beautiful for walking.

I wish it would not have been over 200 for a night considering the construction, which we didn't mind very much, but it still takes away a bit from the normal experience with the restaurant and shops being rebuilt. I would hope in the future the price would be lowered a bit considering the noise from construction. Despite this, they still made it an excellent experience and the breakfast they offered was top notch and great country cooking. I would highly recommend this stay!

We loved the room and the balcony, as well as the bathroom. The property was gorgeous and we loved all it had to offer. The staff was amazingly nice, and the cooks who made breakfast put a smile on our faces every day. The animals out back also are so cute and love people!

French toast was beyond my expectations! Next time, I’m getting the ice cream. The grounds were so serene (except the construction, I can’t wait to see the final outcome). It is ideal for the Sight and Sound theater. It was a perfect two days.

The bathroom was very small and there was no space on the sink for items. The room needed a table with chairs.(for that price)

They served a wonderful breakfast and had lemon water and coffee available round the clock.

Our beds were very uncomfortable. The one creaked everytime my husband moved. The bathroom needs grab bars for older people, or rooms with walk in showers. We plan on staying there again, next summer.

The breakfast was very good. Quick and easy. Loved the location, since we were going to Sight and Sound.
